Welcome to your private Vermont escape — the perfect blend of space, comfort, and nature just minutes from Mount Snow Ski Resort, Lake Raponda, and Harriman Reservoir. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a ski trip with friends, or a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, this home offers room for everyone to relax, connect, and unwind.

Set on private, peaceful grounds with a small pond and open yard, this property offers fresh mountain air, starlit nights, and quiet mornings with nothing but the sound of nature around you.

With 7 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms on three levels, privacy and comfort are available to all, at all times.

7 Bedrooms

- Bedroom 1: King bed with an attached full bathroom.

- Bedroom 2: King bed with an attached full bathroom.

- Bedroom 3: Queen bed.

- Bedroom 4: Queen bed.

- Bedroom 5: Loft with two twin beds and a twin bunk bed.

- Bedroom 6: Queen bed.

- Bedroom 7: This is a new addition to the house! It has two Twin-over-Queen beds and attached full bathroom (shower-tub combo).

5 Full Bathrooms

Three attached full bathrooms—one in each of the king bedrooms and one in the new bedroom addition.

Additionally, there are two more full bathrooms, one located on the main floor and another on the lower floor, making a total of five full bathrooms in the house.

A huge and fully stocked kitchen gets filled with sunlight in the morning and has a great view! It’s ideal for preparing multiple dishes for all tastes and dietary needs. The dining area includes a large table and seats for 20 guests or more. There are large windows all around to let you soak in the great views, nature and privacy.

Outside

There's an expansive wrap-around deck to enjoy the sun in the summer and coming soon: BBQ and hot tub that will be available all year round!

The yard around the house is wide and enclosed by the forest, ideal for those who need to keep the city out of mind for a few days and truly leave all noise behind.

The location

The home is only 5 minutes from Mount Snow Ski Resort, which is an excellent spot for beginner and elderly skiers as it offers a dedicated area with a safe, slow-pace learning environment and its own learning-specific lift and trails.

In the summer the area is perfect for scenic hiking, biking and lake life! The town has plenty of charming local dining year round and minutes away!

Enjoy mountain-air mornings, hot-tub evenings, and plenty of room for laughter and connection - all with total privacy and convenience to one of Vermont’s top ski destinations.

Parking and driveway: The driveway can accommodate approximately 8 vehicles, depending on size and how they’re laid out. The parking area close to the house is paved. The long driveway to get to the house is dirt and inclined from the road to the house. Having a 4WD vehicle is essential in the winter and spring seasons. Also, if you're visiting us in the winter, ready your winter tires!

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings, and avoid leaving out food and trash.

Power and Internet: It is not uncommon to lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for the loss of power or internet out of our control.

Pets: Pups are welcome with a $100 for one dog, $150 for two pups, and $200 for three. If you plan on bringing more than three pups, please reach out to us as additional approval may be required. We ask that dogs are kept on a leash while outside the property and about the neighborhood, for everyone's comfort. Please remember to clean up after your pets and mind that additional fees for pup related damages may apply! Finally, unfortunately we cannot host cats or other furry animals due to potential allergy issues.

Heat and air conditioning: There's a heating system and AC window units throughout the house. Please mind that AC is seasonal and available during the summer months only. For the Scandinavian fireplace, we typically leave a few logs to get you started!

Coffee maker: There's a coffee maker at the house for you to use.

EVENTS: Please reach out to ask about hosting a wedding or other celebration events and retreats! This is the perfect spot for you to host those, with gorgeous views and large outdoor gathering areas!

Home rules: No parties (unless pre-approved and scheduled), no fireworks. No smoking is allowed at the property. Please mind that the noise ordinance is 10 PM. Other house rules will be sent on the arrival guide.

Please mind that you must be 25 years old to book, and at least one person 25 years old must remain during the stay.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler's insurance.
