My beautiful, high end, tropical Tommy Bahama inspired home is located in the historic Southside of Pittsburgh, only 3 blocks from Carson Street the go to place for restaurants, bars, and shopping in the city. Huge driveway for off street parking. (You will not find this in the City of Pittsburgh) and fantastic outdoor area with grill and brand new outdoor jacuzzi (year round use) Perfect for entertaining, it’s like your own private resort! Basement with PacMan 412 game console, air hockey, poker game, gaming roulette table and dart board. Travertine and slate custom tile throughout. Two bedrooms have their own private en suite full bath!

We bought this property because of the proximately to Carson Street on the Southside and downtown. We completely rehabbed the home from the ground up in 1998.

Not only is the home beautiful but we are so close to all the happenings in Pittsburgh! The house is perfect for families, bachelor/bachelorette parties, girls/guys trips and business people
