Very private Springs/Lions Head community in East Hampton. Featuring four bedrooms five bathrooms, and each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. Plus a fifth full bathroom with a bathtub/shower for guests leading out to the pool deck. Newly renovated and furnished with just the right beach touch. Nicely appointed kitchen with open plan with all top of the line dish-ware, utensils and appliances overlooking the dining area and pool. Super private, chlorine free, heated salt water filtration pool, with adjacent hot tub that accommodates 8. Pool has removable, in-ground mesh child safety fence with child proof safety door, that can be installed if needed. Pool deck has 6 nice teak lounges, chairs, umbrellas, fire pit, BBQ and a Round Oak Table that seats 8. Beach chairs and umbrellas included. Outdoor shower. Walk or drive just one and a half blocks to private bay beach (Beach passes included), and its magnificent sunsets. Sit at the picnic tables at the beach at night and watch the sunset with a glass of wine! 4 bicycles and helmets included. Badminton net and rackets, Ping pong table, Corn hole game. Two zone central air conditioning. All bedding and towels are new and top of the line. Sonos music system. Living room and a separate den have smart TVs and internet. Office with internet and Guest computer and printer. All within a 10 minute car ride to East Hampton town, Amagansett, or 30 minutes to Montauk. Restaurants and shopping galore. No pets please.

We had a great stay and the house and the facilities were very nice. New bathrooms and hot tub, large pool. Host was great communicator and made check in easy. Location close to private beach and to East Hampton beaches and restaurants. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful home. Gary incredibly thoughtful and responsive. Family loved the pool, hot tub and badminton. Everything you need in the home and beach chairs and umbrella also provided which was very helpful. Beautiful sunsets on the local beach.

Wonderful Long Island Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Gary's place. The house is spacious, well designed and very comfortable. The pool and the hot tub got used extensively, the kids got their entertainment out of it. The location is a short car ride to the Atlantic beaches and great for biking. We would love to visit again.

Lovely home great neighborhood

Gary’s home was very clean with ample space for our family. Gary was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We loved the private neighborhood. The private beach there had incredible sunsets and our whole family enjoyed walking there. We all had a wonderful month long stay.

Lovely Springs Home

We rented Gary's house for the month of July and it suited our needs extremely well. We loved how quiet it was at night and the nearby bay beach was in walking distance to take in the sunset which we did a number of nights. The photos don't fully capture the charm of the home. We'd certainly rent from Gary again. Great home, great owners.

Lovely winter getaway

I spent 5 days here over the New Year and it was the perfect location for a winter vacation for myself and 3 girlfriends. We lucked out with fabulous weather, sunny and not too cold. Took advantage of the hot tub and the cozy open floor plan on the first floor, allowing us to all hang out while we were lounging on the glorious sectional sofa, working at the dining table or cooking in the kitchen. We spent most of our time cooking and relaxing at the house. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with, and left helpful instructions on how to access the Wifi, thermostats, etc. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house!

We stayed in this house for a long weekend with our two kids, and loved it! The house is incredibly renovated, and is beautiful. (Even the bedding is the finest linen). The pool and deck area are awesome. The owners were prompt to give us info, and were easily reachable. We definitely plan on returning!

This is our family home and it is a wonderful retreat and so comfortable. It has been furnished for our family use, so it is all high end furniture and appointments. We love to rent to families and people who will treat it like their home. Every person we have rented it to has has a wonderful stay. It is amazing to walk out of the front door, and walk to a beautiful private beach to sun and swim. At night walk to the beach and sit at the beach table and share a glass of wine as the sun sets. Breathtaking.
