Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the key(s) on the kitchen counter.

The cleaning service will arrive shortly after 11.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No one other than the guests on the reservation may occupy the house. Optional pool heating extra. Extra fees may be added for extra cleaning time.
$150/hr. fee for failure to check out by 11am. Utilities, grounds care and pool maintenance/cleaning not included for rentals of 28 days or more.
No more than 4 unrelated guests can rent the house. Please respect outdoor quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
