The free Anna Maria Island Trolley stop is a few steps away providing access to the entire island without need of a car. It is also close to the beautiful Coquina Beach walking & biking path which leads to the southern end of the island and the Longboat Key Pass.

Also located on the 2nd floor is access to the rooftop deck which has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay and is a perfect spot to watch the morning sunrise, or, sunsets at the end of the day. Stored in the private garage on the ground level are bikes, kayaks, chairs, umbrellas and beach gear for use by guests.
This condo is very clean and very well maintained and is not an ordinary rental.
