Great - right on the beach

This was a great place to stay, you walk out of the condo go down the stairs and you were on the beach. As well, we were there early March so there were a couple windy days, and the pool was sunny the entire time, but also had a short wall around it to protect you from the wind. Would highly recommend.

Great location and right on the beach! We have been visiting the area for years and rented many locations. This was by far one of our favorite rentals and we'll definitely consider it when we come back next year. The unit was perfect for what we needed and it came with beach chairs, floats, and umbrella. The living space was great and we had plenty of room. We didn't get the chance to use the pool (we spent everyday at the beach) but it looked nice. The only feature we weren't a fan of was the master bedroom/bathroom setup. There is no separation whatsoever so no privacy and of course if someone's using the bathroom... Overall a great place and location.

The rental company checked on us to ensure there were no issues or questions. I may have missed it somewhere in the instructions, but the door doesn't automatically lock when you exit - you need to use the code to lock the door. No issue for us but want to make others aware. Loved our stay and rebooked while we were there. Thanks for a great vacation!

Rented this property because of two bedrooms and two baths, but the one bathroom didn’t have a door

Would stay again if there was a bathroom door on the shower , and the bathroom sink wasn’t clogged! Also the sliding door going on to the balcony was extremely hard to open ! Maybe some WD 40 just an suggestion! Also the plug in the main bathroom didn’t work

We loved the view of the beach. The folks at Island Vacation Properties couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They made the process of renting seamless!!! Imagine our surprise when we found the gift card to The Waterfront! That was so kind of them. Thanks you so much again. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Fantastic view and beach access!

This was our first trip to AMI and we really loved the beach here! The location of this condo was excellent! Best view and beach access we’ve ever had. The condo was very clean on arrival. The kitchen lacks a few amenities if you plan on cooking much and the washer and dryer are very nice, but very small. Wi-Fi worked perfectly and there were four beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. The guest bathroom seemed to be missing a shower door? We literally had to purchase a shower curtain to keep the water in the shower. Beware if you recline the couch ends, they are extremely hard to put back down. The pool was nice and never crowded. Parking was very convenient and just be aware there is no elevator on the property that we saw. I could see an elderly couple having some trouble with this. All in all, a great place and had a great week. Will definitely be back.
