INSIDE THE HOME
The main living spaces are open-plan and encompass the bright kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. The bright and comfortable space is perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. You can play games, watch movies, cook together or sit down for family meals in the expansive area. The large mud room and laundry room provide ample storage for all your summer and winter recreation gear, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips.

The primary suite features a comfy queen bed, plenty of storage, and a five-piece ensuite with a double vanity, tub and shower combo, and water closet for added privacy. You'll feel right at home in this cozy and bright space and wake every morning feeling refreshed and ready for the day! The first guest bedroom boasts a comfy queen bed and chic decor, offering a cozy space to get a good night’s sleep. The second guest bedroom is perfect for kids, with twin beds and twin bunk beds, sure to keep the little ones comfortable during their stay.

Outside, the beautiful outdoor spaces offer the perfect place to unwind and soak up the wilderness. The patio provides an outdoor dining table off the kitchen, with comfy outdoor seats to enjoy the warm weather. And for those who enjoy summer barbeques, the BBQ is perfect for grilling up delicious meals.

LOCATION/AMENITIES
Located in the Northwoods neighborhood, guests can easily access the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course and have access to the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse, which features two swimming pools, three hot tubs, two saunas, tennis courts, a cardio room, and a weight room. There are nearby hiking and biking trails and guests also get access to the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake! Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, where you can go swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking, hiking, biking and more! Truckee is also known for its charming historic downtown area that features several boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Whether you are looking for a place to relax and unwind or a place to explore and adventure, this property is the perfect place to call home during your stay!

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.
- We are in a rural part of America, where Google Maps is not always reliable. VRBO uses Google to generate the 'Explore the Area'. Do not rely on this map as it's not accurate.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.

Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.  

Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
