Family Vacay!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family’s 4th year staying at CSB. Of all the gulf front rentals this property was by far the best.It is equipped with everything you need to use at the beach. Chairs, kayaks, paddle board, beach cart. The kitchen is fully stocked, along with an ice maker. Extra fridge on the bottom floor , great to keep those extra drinks cold. Great location, plenty of parking. This is definitely a place you can just show up and enjoy. We actually extended our stay!

Perfect for a family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed Footprints in the Sand for our family that had 4 adults and 2 kids. We fit comfortably with room to spread out. It had everything you can think of to take to the beach to have fun. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook. The views were amazing. Pool is small, but was perfect for stormy days when there were double red flags. Walking distance to the ice cream shop that also has breakfast sandwiches, and super close to the seafood market. We will definitely stay here again.

Footprints in the Sand

Very nice property. Right on the beach. We stayed on the ground floor which was just perfect for us. Have your legs in good shape, because there’s a lot of stairs.

Kitchen was well equipped and was clean. Front door needs to be replaced due to lock not working correctly and the door itself seems to be the problem. Place had nice beach equipment to use for free. The pool is extremely small and beach mice came out at night...eeek

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how much you enjoyed your vacation! We at Coastal Joe pride ourselves in offering top-notch customer service and we wish we had known about the front door issue so we could have helped while you were here. As for the beach mice, they are a protected species here on the Cape. It's one small inconvenience we experience to be able to provide the quality vacations we are known for!

High Quality House and Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: -The kitchen was fully stocked, even had large variety of spices!-the house was clean and very comfortable-beach chairs, boogie boards, life jackets, kayaks, and umbrellas were all at the house! Huge benefit! -the house itself is quality built-quality outdoor furniture for enjoying a meal, or the stars -the swing on the upper deck was a gem and that’s where my husband and I ended our evenings...everyone around us was so courteous to keep their outdoor lights off and we could actually see the Milky Way!!! -We had perfect weather, the water was clear with a sandbar right in front of the house and water was so calm during our entire stay. The pool was great as well! The staff in the Coastal Joe’s office is consistently amazing! We had a light switch that wasn’t working and the sent an electrician to fix it in a timely manner. We love renting from Coastal Joe’s and will definitely be back next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice with a few exceptions. Roof leaked whole time I was there. faucets leak, bathtubs won't close to hold water. Bathrooms need updating ... small, old appliances in bathrooms. Beautiful view, good dishware, glasses and pots and pans. Would have rented again but price went up 30%. Coastal Joe responded immediately to any request I had while staying there. Great company.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay. We’ve been coming to the cape for years. This is by far our most favorite place we’ve stayed. The house is well stocked with everything you need. It was very clean. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper. Only 1 roll per bathroom was provided. My only complaint would be the beds aren’t the most comfortable, but they were ok. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beachfront Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just two of us and our little 11-lb dog so many of the rooms did not get used, however worked perfect for us. I am so picky that I always travel with bedding and slip covers for furniture - so was pleasantly surprised the home was so well cared for and clean. Everything needed to enjoy the home's amenities and beach was provided. My favorite place to relax was on either patio overlooking the beach and in the evenings the pool was fantastic to cool off in. The outside shower was awesome and loved the large jacuzzi tub in the owner's suite. Since this is a pet friendly rental, the only thing I would highly recommend is posting a warning sign or simply removing the Sago Palms since they are extremely deadly to dogs. Absolutely beautiful location and would certainly stay here again.
