Chalet on Trafalgar is a spacious, light-filled three-bedroom home with sweeping Tuross Lake and mountain views, accommodating up to seven registered guests.

Bedroom 1: One queen bed, ensuite bathroom and French doors to the verandah.

Bedroom 2: One queen bed.

Bedroom 3: One single bed and one single bunk bed, providing three single beds.

Maximum occupancy: Seven registered guests.

The spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area features high ceilings, large windows, a wood-burning fireplace, complimentary Wi-Fi and ducted heating and cooling.

French doors from the living area and main bedroom open to the full-length verandah, where outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ provide a relaxed setting for meals and sunsets. The property backs onto the Tuross Lake waterfront reserve; direct lake access is not available because of the terrain.

Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom includes a shower over the bath, and there is a separate powder room. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The laundry, with washing machine and dryer, is downstairs and accessed by an external staircase.

A double garage is provided for guest parking. The main internal living level is step-free. The driveway is shared with number 21 and must be kept clear.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the kitchen, verandah, gas BBQ and double garage. A locked storage room beside the downstairs laundry is excluded. The main living level is step-free, while the laundry is reached by an external staircase. The driveway is shared with number 21 and must be kept clear; Chalet on Trafalgar and its garage are on the right-hand side when entering. Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Self-check-in is available, or we can meet you at the property by prior arrangement.



Early check-in or late check-out may be available as an optional extra, subject to adjoining bookings, housekeeping and maintenance requirements. Availability can be confirmed 24 hours beforehand.



The Neighborhood:

Chalet on Trafalgar is set above Tuross Lake, close to the Lavender Bay boat ramp, Tuross Boatshed Café and The Pickled Octopus. Swimming beaches, coastal pathways and the Tuross Head village shops are also within easy reach. The home sits on a steep, unfenced block and may not suit families with very young children.



Getting Around:

Guest parking is provided in the double garage. Trafalgar Road leads downhill towards the lake, waterfront cafés and boat ramp. Tuross Head's beaches, village shops and local attractions are a short drive away, with walking and cycling routes available around the village.



Other Things to Note:

• Maximum of 7 registered guests.

• Pets are not permitted.

• The home is on a steep, unfenced block and may not suit families with very young children.

• A non-refundable $55 booking fee and a refundable $500 security deposit apply.

• A seven-night minimum stay applies during peak periods.

• Guest registration, acceptance of terms and photo identification are required within 24 hours of booking acceptance.



Cancellations: For direct bookings, the cancellation deadline is 4:59 pm, property local time, 60 days before arrival when the booking includes any night in Peak Season (18 December to 31 January inclusive), and 30 days before arrival for all other stays. Cancellations received by the applicable deadline are refunded according to the Booking Terms, less the non-refundable booking fee and a $150 cancellation fee. After the applicable deadline, 50% of the accommodation fee is payable and the booking fee remains non-refundable.
