Welcome to our beautiful family home away from home, Dolloa. We cater to families with lots of space for everyone, value for your money and flexibility when you just need it. Our condo is located in Northwest Point Resort, in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. A tranquil and private retreat, steps to the pool and steps to the private white sandy beach. This unit has ocean views from two bedrooms and two balconies and courtyard view from third bedroom/balcony.
This condo is freshly painted & professionally decorated!
* Large master vaulted bedroom, king bed, private ensuite: with soaker tub, stand up shower and two sinks. Ocean facing balcony.
* 2nd guest room, queen bed, his and her closets, private ensuite: 3 piece bathroom. Ocean facing balcony.
* 3rd guest room, queen bed and court yard balcony.
* main bathroom has tub/shower.
Large, open kitchen overlooking beautiful dining room and comfortable family room. Comes with new dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, and washer/dryer. Stem/cooking ware and utensils are also available. Three balconies boast spectacular views of the ocean and courtyard. Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony off the kitchen and enjoy cocktail hour in the bar area. Watch the spectacular, glistening sunrise off two balconies facing the ocean. The condo is located in building B, second floor unit B2- 201.
This retreat also provides a BBQ grill steps away from this unit. There are loungers/ chairs and umbrellas around the pool & hot tub, and loungers/chairs and palapas at the beach, along with kayaks and toys.
This peaceful retreat is perfect for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle. It’s great for families, friends, honeymooners etc...
This Northwest Point Retreat is 15 min from the airport and 20 minutes from famous Grace Bay where you find world renowned beaches, delicious restaurants and shops. Grocery stores are 15 minutes away. A rental car is highly recommended to enjoy this beautiful, quaint tropical island. We are part of a discount program with Grace Bay Car rentals, details upon booking.

We are from Canada and spend many winters in the beautiful Caribbean. When vacationing in Northwest Point, Turks & Caicos in 2015, we fell in love with this tranquil piece of paradise. Since purchasing the Condo in April 2015, we have been continuously refreshing and upgrading. We have freshly painted the entire condo, new kitchen installed, new dishwasher and small appliances, new flat screen and a wonderful new air conditioning unit to make sure you can cool down worry free.

Welcome to our Oasis. Our family purchased the condo in 2015 after falling in love with Northwest Points tropical beauty and serenity. We named our condo "Dolloa"; a tradition rooted in our rural heritage and going back generations. Feel free to ask us where Dolloa comes from, we would be happy to tell the story.

Location provides a quiet, secure retreat with easy access to downtown and activities if you desire. NWP offers a setting of peace an quiet to reconnect, bond and spend quality time with your family and guests.
