Recently renovated to maximise space both indoor and out, this two storey three bedroom family beach home has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing summer holiday or weekend away. Spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining, all look directly across the town and to the famous Lorne Pier beyond. Classic plantation shutters in the kitchen allow copious amounts of natural light throughout the day and privacy at night. A newly built second living area downstairs is the perfect retreat from the main living zones and features its own deck and impressive ocean views.



Brand new furnishings throughout living and sleeping quarters give Erskine Dreaming a fresh feel. Three bedrooms offer plenty of accommodation options. Master with queen size bed, second with a double and 3rd with 2 singles.



Other features include high ceilings, combustion wood fire, reverse cycle air con, off street parking, sheltered deck with outdoor dining and side access balcony. Erskine Dreaming not only captures the sea but also boasts direct access to some of Lorne's most pristine wilderness walking trails. Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.



Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.



All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
