Welcome to Rivernook. Where quality, time and location mean everything.

Step back in time and stay at one of Anglesea's first homes. This property dates back to circa-1915 and was used by sea captains travelling along the coast. Let nostalgia fill the room as you light the open fire in the front part of the property that has a heritage overlay. Rivernook is well preserved and renovated to offer all the modern luxuries.

Location! Location! Location! You won't have to use your car whilst staying at Rivernook, situated on a large block right across the road from the Anglesea River and only a few minutes' walk to the Anglesea Surf Beach and local shops. Let the kids run around or enjoy a game of backyard cricket in the spacious yard, while you relax in the undercover area at the front and rear of the yard with BBQ and furniture seating.

There is plenty of parking for cars, boat, boards or jet skis.

Available all year round for holiday rental.

Great for families

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Rivernook. Lovely home in a fantastic location, easy walk to river, beach & cafes. Bedrooms are fabulous, the kitchen well equipped, with great air conditioning. The front porch is a lovely spot to sit. Backyard is a great size, spacious undercover seating area and BBQ. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended, great for families

Glorious!

Rivernook is calm, sweet, and close to everything; with relaxed beach-house-from-your-childhood vibes. With no wifi the teenagers had to interact with us. The hound enjoyed having a huge back lawn - there was much back rolling! A marvellous, immersive book collection. Beds were most comfy, although the singles were a bit small for tall teenagers (they coped!). Kitchen crockery extensive; washing machine good; everything clean. So close to all amenities you won't need the car – wander down to the river where it meets the sea and puddle your way around to the beach. Excellent coffee and marvellous dining out only minutes walk away. We will be back!

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Rivernook. Lovely home in a fantastic location, easy walk to over to river, beach and nearby cafes. The bedrooms and bedding are fabulous, the kitchen really well equipped, with great air conditioning in the living areas. The front porch is a lovely relaxing spot to sit and watch the world go by. The backyard is a great size- enough room for a game of cricket, with a spacious undercover seating area and BBQ. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended, great for families
