A friend and I loved our weekend getaway to Anglesea, for a touch of birding watching, bushwalking and orchid hunting. A great place to connect with nature. A wonderful bush block is located straight across the road from Blue Water accommodation, although there had been a controlled burn earlier in the year so some areas were still recovering. It was very comfortable, very well stocked kitchen, and an interesting architectural layout with great views back to the Otways, while we could hear the waves at the ocean. Lovely places to eat, get coffee in Anglesea, or just sit and take in the scenery. Enjoyed many nearby walks and seeing all the kangaroos at the golf course.
