Set in Bouillante, on a lush volcanic slope of Basse Terre in Guadeloupe, this bungalow is moments from famed reefs, historic treasures and exotic adventures. Only 50 metres from the warm, clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, the air-conditioned holiday home features stunning views, providing the perfect oasis for a family or group of 5

Complete with amenities including a washing machine, TV and WiFi Internet, your comfort is ensured. The open kitchen sports all of the usual appliances plus a microwave, toaster and coffee machine, though you may prefer to BBQ on the magnificent furnished terrace while taking in the majestic Caribbean sunsets.

There are two beautiful bedrooms, one is the master bedroom and the other with 2 singles. bed for children. A convertible sofa is in the living room and a baby cot is available upon request. The immaculate bathroom features a bathtub and WC.
Towels, linen and Internet are included in the rental price.
There is private parking on site, smoking is permitted outside only and pets are not welcome.

Fantastic!!

I stayed at 1 Petit Anse- listing #744239 Such a great place. Wonderful location as it's a short walk to a sweet beach with lovely informal restaurants with really good food. The bungalow is so sweet, great views and the neighbors who help manage the property were so helpful. This is a great spot to base at while you discover all the nearby lovely places Bouillante has to offer. Peaceful, convenient, well maintained. Had a fantastic time and will definitely go back. Thank you for a memorable visit.

Perfect!

We had a really great time in Guadeloupe and this house was a perfect home base for our adventures. It was equipped with everything we needed, the parking was easy and the beach was a few steps away. The deck was lovely with a view of the ocean. We couldn't have been happier and felt it was a great value for the price. We cooked quite a few meals and found the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans and dishes. Vanessa and Phillipe were incredibly gracious hosts and very helpful. Overall and excellent experience, we would stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Un hébergement simple avec une localisation parfaite

Très bon emplacement et gérant réactif. Très belle vue de la terrasse.Quelques équipements électroménagers défectueux ce qui peut être embêtant au quotidien.Le confort pourrait être un peu amélioré mais dans l’ensemble nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet hébergement que nous recommandons !

Localisation : Emplacement de la location erronée sur la carte ainsi que les estimations de trajet jusqu'à différents lieux indiqués sur l'annonce sont faux ! Erreur connue du propriétaire, ayant déjà provoqué des problèmes pour de précédents locataires, mais non rectifiée. et propriétaire qui fait preuve de mauvaise foi lorsque nous lui faisons part du problème Néanmois, plage de la Petite-Anse très sympa. Propreté : Laisse à désirer. Mobilier et installations qui mériteraient raffraichissement.

Chouette séjour

Accueil chaleureux de Claire et de son amie Martine avec un pot de confiture maison délicieux,nous a même fait quelques courses (car nous sommes arrivés un jour férié,commerce fermé), de bons conseils pour les visites et présente au besoin. Logement avec clic clac vieillissant. Mais un cadre franchement sympathique, vue sur la mer, à deux pas pour se baigner, les colibris au petit dejeuner,le chant des oiseaux le soir...séjour tip top!Merci.

Les pieds dans l'eau pour mon plus grand bonheur

Super séjour ! Lieu très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour y vivre comme à la maison, laisser le defroisseur et le sèche cheveux chez vous pour les filles, il y a ce qu'il faut sur place. La terrasse avec sa vu au top sur les coucher de soleils de Petite Anse ou l'on peu aller se baigner (30 secondes à pied) et où l'on trouve un petit restau sympa avec du ka (tambour) les dimanche soir. La communication a été facile avec Grégory sur le site et egalemnt avec Vanessa qui nous à accueilli et la flexibilité pour l'horaire de départ et d'arrivée est top. Mention spéciale pour le planteur de bienvenu fait par la Maman de Vanessa ! Seul bémol, la terrasse mérite un peu d'entretien car des planches et rambardes se défont. Mon ami a échappé à une chute, il était appuyé sur la rambarde quand un côté s'est détaché, tout le monde va bien 😉 Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Location parfaite.

La location est conforme à l'annonce. Vanessa qui nous a accueillis est souriante et disponible. Le bungalow est idéalement située avec une belle vue mer, une jolie terrasse où nous avons passé d'excellents moments. Le bungalow ne manque de rien, les lits sont confortables, bref je recommande !

Superbe semaine

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Vanessa et très accueillante et très gentille nous avons également sympathisé avec Claire la voisine qui nous a donné de très bons conseils et qui est adorable également Concernant le bungalow il serait bien de moderniser un peu surtout la salle de bain et de réparer la terrasse le frigo ne fonctionne pas très bien non plus. Sinon tout le reste est très bien

Bon séjour

Bungalow très bien situé. Calme, plage à 200 mètres. Gregory le propriétaire très réactif aux messages envoyés. Très bien accueillis par Vanessa qui est toujours disponible si besoin. Les voisins Claire et son compagnon Guadeloupeen sont adorables et toujours prêts à vous donner de bons conseils. On recommande vivement. Laurence et Yvan Séjour du 27 janvier au 05 février

Impeccable

Logement bien situé pour découvrir basse terre mais trop loin pour aller jusqu'à l'est de grande terre ( a 2h de la pointe des châteaux sans embouteillage). Petite plage agréable a 100 mètres. Logement bien équipé avec bonne literie Attention a continuer l'entretien ...la baignoire serait a changer, l'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas et le frigo n'avait pas de bac de récupération d'eau a notre arrivée. Un plan en français pour se rendre au logement aurait été le bienvenue ainsi qu'un numéro de téléphone d'une personne a joindre sur place. Accueil exceptionnel des voisins Claire et Georget sans lesquels notre sejour n'aurait pas été le même. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

What makes this property unique

The unique Benefits from this location is that you have access to different sceneries within minutes. For example if you like hiking in the forest is 20 minutes from the location. Jacques Cousteau expedition is not too distance as well. Different restaurants nearby and on the water site, La Toture restaurant and many more. I am sure it would not be a dull moments.
