Unique bungalow designed for holiday stays (children over 10 years old). Thank you for your understanding. <br><br>Located in the town of BOUILLANTE, just a stone’s throw from the sea and a 10-minute drive from Malendure Beach and the Cousteau Reserve. Situated in the central-western part of Basse-Terre, this location is the ideal starting point for activities and sightseeing.<br><br>We offer these very charming, detached bungalows, each accommodating 2 to 4 people, on a quiet, tree-lined property bordered by a river (with direct access at the back of the garden to a natural pool on the Bourceau River) and featuring:<br><br>- Two identical bedrooms with window screens and AIR CONDITIONING. <br><br>- Please note that the bungalows are not suitable for young children, as the bedrooms open onto the garden on both sides (access to the bathroom).<br><br>- A large, well-ventilated southeast-facing terrace with a hammock and dining area.<br>Outside, there are two garden lounge chairs, a charcoal grill, and garden furniture.<br><br>- A well-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace (two-burner stove, refrigerator, mini-oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooler for groceries, and radio/CD/MP3 player). <br>First breakfast included.<br><br>- Private washing machine and dryer provided.<br>- Hair dryer, ironing board, and iron available upon request.<br><br>- Diving masks and fins are available while supplies last.
