Relax on the spacious sun deck while enjoying the serenity of the water fountain and bush garden setting. Positioned perfectly with only a 7-minute stroll to the popular Point Roadknight beach.

This home is an absolute delight suitable for 2 small or 1 large family. As it has a large entrance/doorway and being on a single level it would also suit those with mobility difficulties or who need wheelchair access.
