Great time in Destin!

Our family loved our stay at Jade East. The condo was fantastic. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and the beach had the softest sand. Thank you so much!

This is a beautiful place to stay! The ocean view is gorgeous and the beach is wide and lovely and the sand is soft and white. The bed was very comfy. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer. The elevator is very fast! The condo was just as pictured and we really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the master bedroom is a good 5-10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo. I'm guessing it was partly because it was August and it was very hot outside but also because the master bedroom has lots of windows. The view from the bedroom was beautiful but because the room was so hot we had to keep the drapes closed all the time which kind of defeated the purpose of the gorgeous view. I would definitely come back here but never again in August. One other thing you should know is that the beach has a beach service and this condo does not include that service. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas but the beach service is very strict and they set up their own chairs all along the front of the beach and you must set your chairs up behind theirs. So we could never get a front row seat at the beach which is rather disappointing. I don't really think it's fair that the beach service should have a monopoly on the front row of the beach but that's the reality of it. Lots of great restaurants within a mile or two. But we also cooked in the room a couple of nights and the kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and pots and pans.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled you enjoyed the comfortable bed, and convenient amenities. We appreciate your feedback about the master bedroom temperature—that's valuable information. The summer heat combined with all those beautiful windows can definitely create that effect. We'd love to have you back, and visiting during cooler months would certainly help you enjoy that stunning view with the drapes open! Thanks for noting the beach service situation too—that's helpful context for future guests. We're glad you found great restaurants nearby and that the kitchen worked well for your meals. Looking forward to welcoming you again!

Spring Break on the Beach

Unit was clean, well located and well supplied. Had, by far the sharpest kitchen knives I've ever had in a rental. As a cook that was a very pleasant surprise.

Dreamy Destin!

This condo was a dream come true in the perfect location in Destin. Incredible sunrise gulf views, clean, property management was so helpful getting us in and out smoothly. A nice surprise was the shower in the owner suite being updated! The washer and dryer are slightly outdated and did get some lint onto our clothing in the dryer. Other than that this was a perfect stay with beautiful amenities and beach set up daily. Our whole family can’t wait to come back.

Destin

Place was ok not really as pictured, deck is pretty small. Air conditioner in master was hot other rooms cold. Needs some updates, to be brought into this century, elevators were very hot and slippery when wet which was a lot. Beach was fabulous!!! All in loved our stay!

Destin in too crowded!

Our unit was spacious and very clean. The description matched the listing. The beach was another story entirely. It was so crowded and we were there at the beginning of October. Destin is beautiful with the white Sandy beaches, unfortunately there are just too many people there.

Great

It was a wonderful stay the view was excellent . Condo was on the beach. . They provided us with two beach chairs and an umbrella and then we paid for the extra ones. A very nice service to have while staying… They arrange the beach chairs so that everybody had a perfect view of the water. Very clever I would highly suggest a stay at the Jade East towers🌴🌴🌴🌴

Beautiful condo and location. A/C went out completely for a couple of days but those things happen and the unit was replaced as soon as was possible. Newman-Dailey was responsive and stayed in communication. Shout out to Ryan for handling this so professionally and relatively quickly.
