The property was well maintained and it a fabulous area. I have stayed at Peppers/Salt numerous times over the past 15 years in both homes and the units. This unit is well maintained and was clean.

Good...but...

Have stayed in Kingscliff a few times now with Bale apartments being the pick for location and layout. This unit was great with extra inclusions but looking a little tired (older tv, microwave erratic, breaking dishwasher and wine fridge, new linen needed). The thing we didn't love is the cleaning of the property... dust everywhere. Perhaps a review of the cleaners used? Also wifi to be offered would be wonderful!

Please note in future as per instructions on check in, we strive to ensure guests satisfaction and our holiday teams work 7 days per week We wish we had of had the opportunity to address any cleaning matters on your arrival, the property was cleaned and checked the same day as your arrival. The owner has welcomed your report on the master television and upgraded it with the 55cm tv from the lounge room and replaced it with brand new, great for the Foxtel! With no faults found by the guest prior or guest after your stay, we have checked the properties with maintenance to find the wine fridge may have been turned down prior to your stay and frosted which has now been cleared. Other electrical items report no fault found, we have replaced linen with quilts and fresh blankets at your request and look forward to your next stay with us. Great family getaway

We again cannot fault the condition of the units at Bale This is the best family location we have found , have stayed at salt now 4 times and by far the Bale units are the pic , Great location , great view of sea and park , units are always clean This unit had everything availible for your family , the buckets and spade for beach was very thoughtfull , and the little extras for cooking were much appreciated . We cooked almost every meal and had everything availible to use . Very quite unit / complex Will be back next year
