These three bedroom, three bathroom townhouses are attractively adorned, with white walls, cool pastels, local artwork and polished pine floors with comfortable furniture. Escape to your private deck or balcony; some with views of the Gulf and the stunning Anna Maria Island sunsets.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances will please chefs of all skill sets.

This three bedroom suite can accommodate 6 guests comfortably. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. This is also the only unit at Mainsail Beach Inn with an in-suite elevator.

Featuring historically inspired architecture and craftsmanship, professionally designed interiors, authentic pine flooring, designer fabrics and comfortable furniture. Mainsail Beach Inn units offer direct beach access, heated resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, poolside grill, private beach lounge chairs & umbrellas and bicycle rentals.

We were 4 retired ladies going on our annual getaway trip. We selected this condo because of the proximity to the beach and the number of bedrooms. It did not disappoint! It had absolutely everything we needed and was a comfortable and well appointed. Our favorite part was sitting on the open balcony enjoying the beach view. We also spent a little time at the small but lovely pool. The management made sure we had everything we needed, there were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc. Our favorite bonus feature was the private elevator in our unit. It was ideal for getting luggage up and down the three stories.

Lovely beach townhome

This townhome was perfect for housing a trip with my husband, my parents, and kids. Walking distance to the beach and a private pool that was never too crowded. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect Getaway for 2 Families

Excellent location.

This is a perfect location on a nice property. The help was very friendly. Our location, unit 11, is very nice but could use a fresh coat of paint but other than that all was fantastic!

Holmes Beach Property

Terrific property in a central location to multiple beaches and restaurants. Weather prevented the use of kayaks and paddle boards, but we made ample use of bicycles and facilities. Highly recommend for large families with kids.

Roomy house tucked into a quiet sunny corner of the property. Beautiful views of the beach and sunset from the balconies. Great comfortable beds and linens. Large bathrooms and great closet space. More than adequate kitchen and an elevator to ease your transport.

Beach Vacation

A great family vacation. The condo and location were perfect for us as Grandparents, our Daughter and Son-in-law and their two children (ages 11 and 9). The managers of the property were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys provided. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet the complex was all night long.

Girls getaway weekend

The 3 bedroom with 3 baths was perfect for our party of 6 women. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The elevator was the icing on the cake. Was a life saver getting up to the 2nd and 3rd floors with suitcases. Location is great. Definitely would recommend.

Mainsail Beach Inn Five Star Condo

Everything was as it was pictured online. Easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The property manager(s) were super nice and helpful. We all agreed that we would rent the same place again. It was our first time visiting Anna Marie Island, FL and we would definately go back.

Great place!

We had a great experience at this property! Matthew and John both were an absolute delight, very helpful friendly and accommodating! The beach was clean and chairs always available! Our unit (11) was nicely appointed. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a welcomed surprise! The teenagers thought the elevator inside our unit was amazing! Definitely a great place!
