We offer a great value in the much sought after & charming "Old Florida" neighborhood of Summerplace. Our vacation home is just a short five minutes walk to an unspoiled private beach. There are two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Queen beds in both bedrooms. Outdoor stairs lead up to the “tree” house that is surrounded by mature trees and lush foliage. Lots of privacy. Upgraded recently with new smart TV, new leather sofa and loveseat as well as new ADA Extra Tall toilets in both bathrooms. The open floor plan living area opens to the fully supplied kitchen (with a microwave/convection oven) and dining area. There is a large screened porch and another enclosed sitting area. You will have access to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, a wagon to cart your beach stuff and fishing gear, TV and Wi-Fi (high speed internet). Parking in driveway and carport- enough room for 2 cars. An outdoor shower conveniently located in the carport for rinsing off after visiting the beach. Come and stay for a week or a month! Or more!
