Hi Heather! We so appreciate your review and we look forward to hosting you again!

Thank you so much for the good review.. Thank lyou for staying in our home. You all were thoughtful, responsible and helpful. We can’t wait to rent to you again.

Thank you, Edward! We surely enjoyed hosting you.

Thank you, Molly, for the generous review! I can honestly say that you have been one of my favorite guests. I always looked forward to our correspondence. We would love to have you visit again, if our paths should cross.

Thank you for your review and for taking such good care of our house. I am sad that you felt unable to walk the beaches at night. I understand that they close the gates of the parks to cars at sundown, but we simply park the car on the legal side and walk right in. It's also a quick, fragrant and moonlit walk to the beach. We walk the beaches nearly every night when we are there with no trouble at all. The 35 mile stretch of shoreline between Vero Beach and Melbourne hosts the number one Loggerhead turtle migration site in the country, and are not to be missed. Turtles lay eggs between March and July, and the babies hatch between August and October. This year (2014) was particularly prolific for turtle nests. We counted 97 in a half mile stretch. Our house is on a barrier island uniquely set between the ocean and the beautiful Indian River. Water is literally everywhere. The beaches are also unique because they are uncrowded. Good luck wherever you decide to vacation. It has been a true pleasure. Best, Roz and Paul Diehl

Thank you so much for your generous review. It was great to have your family as guests.

Thank you, Warren, for your kind remarks. We were so grateful to host you. We would love you to come again. We so appreciate your excellent care of our home. Our housekeeper was so grateful, too. We will be able to offer a discount should you choose to revisit. Have a wonderful and safe year!

Hi Jonah, We enjoyed having you. Thank you for your kind review.

Thank you, Keith. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We thought we made it clear in our description that the third bedroom is a queen sized memory foam sofa sleeper. We spent quite a bit on it to make it as comfy as possible.

Thank you so much. You treated it as your own, as promised. Hope to have you again if our schedules allow!

Dave and Linda were the best renters that we could ever ask for. They were helpful and kind to the extreme, staying at home to meet with the cable correction technician, and were helpful with our appliance repair also! We would love to have them stay again if it works out with the schedule.

Thank you! We appreciate your good communication skills, kindness, and the fact that you took good care of our house!

Hi! I had the place booked under me for November. They just cancelled for a family reunion. If you want it, now would be a great time for a deposit. WE painted the cabinets white with black knobs and handles and they look quite good. The furniture and decor in the living room has been updated also. Hope all is well with you? Best, Roz Diehl ps- I told the person that they need to cancel through VRBO so it isn't held against me. I am not sure of the timing, but I will call.

Dick and Cherry were such wonderful, helpful renters. We hope to see them again if it works out with our schedules.

Thank you, Cindy, for your generous review. We so enjoyed renting to you, and we hope to rent again to you in the future if you need our house!
