Set back from the road and surrounded by trees, Tahoe Woods offers a peaceful and private atmosphere. The gated entry adds exclusivity and quiet charm. Walk to the Heavenly Gondola for world-class skiing in winter or summer activities like hiking and zip lines. Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course is just under a mile away. Walk to the marina for jet skiing, parasailing, and boat rentals. Lakeside Beach is within walking distance (entry fee required during peak summer hours). For extra ease getting around, guests can use Lake Link, South Lake Tahoe's free on-demand ride service.

Property and Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4, AWD or chains is strongly recommended.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be secured in bear-proof containers

Pets are not allowed. For guests with trained Service or ESA dogs, we can help find a dog-friendly home.
Stairs are required to enter the unit. NoiseAware monitoring (privacy-compliant) and exterior security cameras for parking and safety compliance may be present. No indoor surveillance.
