Perfect location

The house was very comfortable and location was perfect. It was nice to be only a few blocks from Heavenly, marinas and casinos.

Nice Tahoe Property

Nice property with a lot of beds. Gated community slightly off the main drag but walking distance to everything. Well appointed kitchen, grill and attentive property management team.

Property features and location are excellent. it provided plenty of room for my family of four and conveniently located to restaurants shopping and the beach. I would have rated five stars however for anyone interested in a Fourth of July weekend and assuming you could walk to and pay for access to Lakeside beach on the Fourth of July we found out they were not accepting any public access and only for residents and people with a pass. This caused us to have to drive to Nevada Beach, park at a shopping area hike a mile then after seeing the fireworks walk back to parking lot where we were stuck for an hour and finally return to the property just before midnight. This was exactly the scenario I was trying to avoid by renting this property so a little heads up notification as to acquiring a beach pass in advance of the Fourth of July or what our options were would have been nice.

We had an amazing time the home was absolutely beautiful. I called the company with a simple question , I spoke with someone on the phone who was polite and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends

Comfortable and well stocked.

This is a great property. It has everything you need. We struggled a bit because of the weather, the gondola only ran one day. But that was nothing to do with the property.

Great Heavenly ski trip condo

I really enjoyed our ski trip in this house. It's an 8 min walk to the heavenly gondola and within an hour drive of many other resorts. The house itself was well stocked with kitchen supplies and wasn't missing anything I'd expect a rental house to have. The host, RnR, provided a ton of information about the area and was easy to contact by phone or text. It was also a convenient walk to many restaurants, the casinos, and the Tahoe waterfront. I'm already thinking about coming back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All of the guests thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The living room/great room area is very comfortable and inviting. I don’t know about all of the beds, but the master bed is very comfortable with awesome pillows too! Location is great and you can walk to so many places in South lake Tahoe, including the casinos, and the gondola, depending on where you’re looking for. Also, I had a couple random questions upon check-in and the realty office responded very promptly with answers . I would just suggest that they have the condo stocked with coffee, sugar/stevia, and creamer

Great location

End unit was great, location was great, surrounding neighborhood not quite as good. New complex and still under construction which was not idea but also was not as bad as it could have been. Unit was fairly clean (was left cleaner when we left), lots of pet hair under the tables and chairs (we did NOT have any pets). Location was perfect, short walk to all the action and also the water. Unit was very nice. Kitchen lacked a few supplies. We would defiantly stay here again (already planning a trip back this winter). My truck would not fit in the garage and parking anywhere other than the drive way was prohibited.

I hate to write anything negative about this place but I felt the condo could've been cleaner. The dining room table had old food and crumbs from previous guests stuck in between the surface lines. Other than that everything was pretty good. A little wear and tear but thats expected. I would recommend this property to all!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is spacious and in an ideal location. It is an easy short walk to the casinos, restaurants, and shops. I appreciate the little touches like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, makeup remover packets, and instructions for TV & arcade table game. The management company was responsive. There was an issue with the dishwasher, which they provided a quick fix, and I told them they can take care of it after we leave. Please note that the policy on late check out is stringent. This is a first for me and I have stayed at many vacation rentals in the past.

First Time Tahoe Visitors

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best part of this rental was the proximity to shops, the lake, and dining. The property and community is was beautiful. Accurrate property desciption. The only thing was the carpets. I was uncomfortable with how dirty the rugs were due to being asked to not use shoes in the property. Our group used socks the whole time while indoors. The floors were clean but the rugs around the house inlduing bedrooms looked stained and dirty.The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Loved the 3 full bathrooms. Would have enjoyed alittle patio table in the master bedroom patio. Overall great experience and location. Would deinfinetly recommend.

Review of Tahoe Woods #101, Heavenly Village

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean, bright and had everything we needed for the most part. It is a little more tired than the photos show. We were not pleased with the gas stovetop that needed fixing 2 knobs were very loose and it was hard to turn off the flame. The connection was being held together with electrical tape. Apparently parts and fixing the problem is on the to do list. I did not feel it was safe as someone unfamiliar with gas stove tops would have likely walked away not knowing the flame was still on as it was subtle. We also had issues with the TV remote - it kept cycling through channels and was not working.

A couple tiny hiccups, but great stay!

Reviewer Comments: Everything worked out well, a few notes: A little confusing getting in, the instructions I read a few times, didn't mention an outer door, and the inner doors aren't labeled, so it's a little detective work but after 7 or 8 minutes we figured it out (it was 1am in our defense, and we were tired! LOL) The arcade game shown was one reason we chose this unit, but it did not function at all. :-( There was a rattle in the upstairs vent system as the A/C ran, not major - we shared with the management folks. Otherwise, it was great, I'd give it 8.9 out of 10! Everything was clean, nice, and the location was perfect.
