Kings View offers ideal accommodation for families, with separate upper and lower living areas, each featuring a bathroom and lounge with TV/Blu-ray. Set high on the hill near Stevenson's Falls, the home enjoys a peaceful bushland setting, with walking tracks at your doorstep and Marysville town center within easy walking distance.
This spacious, custom-built home features passive-solar design for year-round comfort. Upstairs offers open-plan living with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic “Mystic Mountains” views. The upper deck, with covered BBQ and dining space, is perfect for entertaining and birdwatching. Downstairs has a lounge opening to a paved patio, garden, and fire pit.
Enjoy winter days by the wood heater, summer dining on the deck, and the gardens in any season. The home includes heating and cooling throughout, electric blankets, ceiling fans, two bathrooms, wi-fi, TVs with DVD/Blu-ray, and a selection of movies and games. Family-friendly, but not suitable for children under five due to stairs.

Great house for 2 families!

Beautiful, clean and spacious! Great for 2 families! Kitchen is large and modern, beds are really comfy all with electric blankets. Great place to stay!

Great house with amazing scenery

We had a fantastic stay at Kings View. Very spacious house with all amentities you need supplied. Amazing views from balcony and being autumn so pretty. Loved the wood fireplace, so warm and cozy.

All privacy of booking through Staz was lost

While the property was fabulous and the location was gorgeous unfortunately the real estate agent you have to book this through is disappointing. They made us pay for half of the accommodation through their own private account. Then the agent made us fill in a preregistration form where i had to supply a photo of my drivers licence and my credit card. I felt this was a huge invasion of my privacy and took away all the saftey of booking the accommodation through the stayz website. If we weren't already committed to a family get together over Christmas i would have cancelled the booking amd asked for my money back.

Would be a great stay if clean!

Good layout, good facilities however cleanliness very questionable. When we brought the up with the property manager we received a very unsatisfactory response. Based on this would not stay again.

Perfect house in a perfect location

The house was perfect for our two families over Easter. It is well thought out and very clean. The kitchen is massive with plenty of bench space. The view from the lounge room is absolutely spectacular, especially with all the autumn colours in the landscaped gardens. Marysville is a beautiful town, plenty to do with the family.

We were pretty enjoyed to stay at kingsview, it has the amazing mountain view , sitting on the balcony, enjoy the beautiful autumn colors , this place is so clean and spacious, thanks for having us, hopefully we can stay next time for the snow trip.

Stunning house with a view

This house ticked all our boxes. The two distinct living areas are perfect for two families and the large indoor and outdoor living room with majestic views over the mountains can’t be beaten. Everything was perfect - very clean and well equipped, and spacious and comfortable. The gardens were beautiful and frequented by many birds. It is obviously a cared-for house.

Spectacular view

This is a great house for a weekend away for a group. We loved sitting by the fire and enjoying the ever-changing view out the window. Beautiful garden, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of firewood. Would highly recommend.
