A fabulous spacious home, with stunning views, provided a relaxing sanctuary for our weekend away with friends. Both families having kids, the extra family room provided space and comfort for everyone to enjoy!
Beautiful placed property with mountain views. The set out of rooms was wonderful, plenty of space with private areas for adults and kids to have their own areas and a large communal area when everyone wanted to come together.
Wish we could have stayed for longer .
Great property, location and views. The kitchen cupboards could have been a bit cleaner and the tv in the lounge a bit bigger but otherwise highly recommend staying here
Fantastic, well equipped, generously sized house in a quiet, beautiful location
So much room to move, everything you need in a holiday house was included. Loved the separate upstairs suite. Stunning views, and one very happy little dog able to roam freely in the fenced back yard. Really quiet, amazing bush walk (Tree Fern Gully Track) that was walked or run every day we were there. Short walk to town for food or playtime for the little kids. So many great options for mountain biking too. Would rebook without hesitation.
House was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable with lovely views and privacy. Couldn't really fault anything other than the water pressure is not the best, not that this is in anyone's control. Still wouldn't deter us from staying here again.
Had a great stay at Kings End. Nice big airy property with lovely outlook. For our group of two families it would have been more handy to have two singles in another room instead of a Queen so the kids didn’t have to share a bed.
We didn’t bring our old dog but it’s a super dog friendly place with lots of bowls left out for guests and a good fenced yard. Letting agents (Professionals Marysville) were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
Lots of space and the fire place is really great. No blinds in the smaller bedrooms - was an issue with morning sun coming in. THey should get blinds for the missing windows.
6 adults and 1 2yo child.
This was an annual Christmas family getaway 3 day weekend.
We loved the house. The only thing that dissapointed our stay, was the amount of dog hair on the rugs/floor and outdoor furniture.
We also began the BBQ to find the gas bottle was empty and we had to go and swap it over.
Otherwise, very spacious, great view, close to shops, Stephenson water Fall, Lake Mountain and Buxton trout farm. 40 mins drive to Eildon.
Great location for a getaway.
House was beautiful in great location. Only downsides were house not well maintained. Laminate falling off side of the kitchen island. Kitchen tools not checked and replaced when not fit for service. Light in walk in robe upstairs not working, Sliding door to back yard very hard to close. door

Dear Deanna,
Very sorry regarding the kitchen bench laminate, this must of come off after inspection. We will pop up and re-glue.
Also replace light globe..
The cleaner will attend the kitchen tools and check all working.
Sometimes the large glass sliding doors are difficult to manage which maybe the rollers are wearing out, l will send a maintenance man to attend.
Many thanks for mentioning the above items, we are then able to rectify asap.
For future reference, we do have a contact number situated at the home on the House Rules laminated sheet on the side bench if needing to call us during your stay, this is available 24hrs.
We would have been able to change the globe and remove any kitchen items that needed attended to.
Do hope you had a wonderful stay.
Warm Regards

We loved the house, but noticed in other reviews just minor things that could be better including sliding door is very hard to close and lock. Dog hair on outdoor furniture. Backyard garden was very overgrown and in need of maintenance. We had to duck under small trees to walk on the path and the grass needed whipper snippering. The master bed was incredibly comfortable but the leather fabric was flaking on the bed and it’s well passed it’s used by date.

Hi Sharon,
Many thanks for sending your review,
The sliding door leading out to the veranda have new rollers ordered and are on the way.
We have had a massive plant and lawn growth over the last month due to rain and the sun.
Definitely will attend to the overgrowth this week.
The dog hair on the outdoor furniture is very hard to remove, l will pass on your message to the cleaner,
also have a chat to the Owners in regard to the master bed headboard.
Thank you again, helps when guests let us know any issues that need attending to, we can then jump straight onto them for repair.
Glad you had a great time :)
Warm Regards

Beautiful, comfortable house. Our stay was tarnished by the lack of care in maintenance of the house. There was no gas in either of the gas bottles for the bbq. There was no kitchen wettex/chux to wipe benches and tables. There was less than 1cm of dishwashing liquid. All this was compounded by everything being closed on Good Friday. When you pay for a premium home and plan to care for it as you would for your own home it is disappointing to find so many gaps.

Dear Sue,
Very sorry for the items not available for you.
As discussed with you on the Tuesday of my return to the office, we have office staff members who are on call 24hrs every weekend.
The contact phone numbers are displayed in your Pre-Arrival information and can be viewed on the "House Rules" flyer left at the home.
There would not have been a problem to pop up to your home with a spare gas bottle which we keep at the office for emergency purposes and open the cleaners cupboard to retrieve the items missing on the Good Friday holiday.
Kings End is one of our very special homes that accommodate for all guest requests.
Apologize again for the few items missed on your arrival.
Hope to see you again in the not too distant future.
Kind Regards

Property was exactly as pictured and provided everything you needed. Walking distance to the shops, walks and Brunos Art & Sculpture Garden. A perfect family getaway.
We were a group of 2 families & we spent a long weekend at this property. It is just gorgeous, so spacious, amazing views and absolutely perfect for 2 families. The property is also pet friendly with a secure yard.
Incredible house that easily catered for 3x couples and 3x kids under 3. Warm, inviting, comfortable home with stunning views from all rooms. The fire and gardens were a highlight along with the views sitting on back deck.
Very minor improvements in terms of more bin bags amd blinds in bedrooms. However the house had little amenities in the kitchen and laundry to get you by. Even pet food/water bowls. They have really thought of everyone at Kings End.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy the picturesque Marysville
