Our family loved this home. Everything was extremely clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and multiple group gathering areas. We loved the beautiful community, amenities, and easy access to Delmarva activities. Alan was very easy to work with. He responded quickly to texts and emails and even quickly helped with last minute pool passes. We would happily work with Alan again!

House was great, well represented by the listing. Clean, good well stocked kitchen, lots of thoughtful extras, such as coffee, spices, tea, extra ice machine, full operational washer dryer,.... Great communications with Alan the host. The guest passes worked very well, the community amenities were great, pools, restaurants, we got a lot of use at of them. Overall a really good experience.

This is our second time staying in the Bayside Resort Community for an extended family trip, and both trips have been great! We love all the pools and had lots to do with our young kids. This specific house was also a great experience! A friendly/responsive host, comfortable layout (2 master suites!), and great kitchen fit our large group well! We would definitely rent here again!!

Very nice property. The owner was responsive to the few requests we had involving how to operate the AC and arranging guest passes to use the resort facilities. Grocery and drug store very close by. Guest pass does not include the golf course, green fees are 200, 40 to use the driving range. Must wear a shirt with a collar. Swimming pools were nice and much appreciated in 88 degree weather

The host was always available and quickly answered. He went out of his way to help us when we showed up early and left slightly after 10am. We would absolutely stay here again. The home was so clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful home. One thing I could say is there definitely needs to be more toilet paper. LOL. Each bathroom had a roll in it but will 8 adults we ran out the next day. We replaced with more but having a few extra rolls in each bathroom would be nice. Lovely home. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay there.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Beach home. Alan was a wonderful host, replying quickly to any questions. The amenities were exactly as stated and the house was very clean and well appointed. Our family of 13 had plenty of space and the house was very kid friendly too. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect home for a group. We were in town for a golf trip and this house had more than enough room for our group. The house is cleaned perfectly, well stocked, and beautiful. The owners communicate with refreshing promptness. A wonderful house that we will use again for future trips.
