CALENDAR IS ALWAYS UP TO DATE, come join us!!! Dedicated boat slip directly in front of the condo/far right/great for swimming!

Stoneview Summit offers the best amenities and views on Lake Martin!!! This condo is a ground level walk out great area for BBQ, games, soccer, etc. right on the water. Great sunsets from living room, dining table, patio and master. Features BEST POOL on the lake with water slide, granite, hardwood floors, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, stainless appliances and built in microwave. The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer. Master bath features double sink, garden tub, walk in shower and large closet.

NEW KING size bed in master, queen in bedroom two with a futon and queen size bed and futon bedroom three. Other amenities include dedicated boat slip and fully stocked kitchen.

MAIN ATTRACTIONS: Boating, Fishing, Swimming, Dining at one of four restaurants on the lake, Golf, Tennis, Park for kids with playground, etc.

My husband and I rented in Stoneview Summit at Lake Martin for several years prior to buying our own. We live in Birmingham now, but have loved all over the country seeking the best lakes we could find for boating. There is no better place than Lake Martin!!!

Why they chose this property

This is our second unit in Stoneview Summit. We bought this one because of its preferred location to the boat dock, pool and large common area. Best unit on the complex. We love Lake Martin and Stoneview Summit is the best property on the lake in our opinion. We love bringing our family and friends to Stoneview Summit. This walk out unit is special, convenient to the pool, outside fireplace and boat dock.
