The upper level of the property houses the living, lounge, kitchen, and main bedroom, while the lower level comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry. Ceiling fans are provided throughout the property, with air conditioning in the main bedroom, second bedroom, and living area.

Beautiful house

Beautiful 3 bedroomed house. Very clean, excellent amenities walking distance to beaches, bars and shops.

Location is great but standard of apartment was poor

Location is great, walking distance to Peregian centre and a short drive to the dog beach. Standard of property was poor though, with the aircon not working (hadn't been for a while by the look of the unit), the pool hadn't been cleaned and there was a bit of general uncleanliness. Property manager was attentive to our feedback and fair in their resolution.
