You are located one block from the best Chedraui Selecto grocery store in Playa. From the rooftop you also have a view of the Carribean Sea and cruise ships coming and going from the Cozumel Port.

We live part-time on the Gulf coast in the U. S. and part-time in Playa. We love being by the ocean. We have been married for 15 years, and live in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Between us we have 5 grown children and 8 grandchildren. We are both retired from the college and university environment and we love sharing our home in Paradise.

Why they chose this property

On a trip to Playa 7-years ago we stumbled on this beautiful property. When the property was ready for occupancy in May 2015 we moved in and began furnishing our condo with the comfort of our guest in mind. We have been back yearly and continue to add anything that makes our guest happy.

What makes this property unique

The views of the Carribean, the island of Cozumel and the entire city are the best in Playa del Carmen. Additionally, the location is perfect in every respect. Also, it gives us great piece of mind to know that we have security both during the day and at night.
