Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all AC units.
Make sure all windows are closed. Return gate remote, if failure to return, you will be charged a $60 replacement fee.
***POOL IS SERVICED EVERY WEDNESDAY SOMETIME BETWEEN 10-4 (you do not need to be present. Takes 10 min)This is a non negotiable bc the pool must maintain certain chemical levels to be swim ready.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be respectful to our neighbors, quiet hours 10pm-8am are strictly enforced.
