Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much including nice breakfasts on the balcony watching dolphins and calm days at the pool. The condo is very nice and has all what you need for a nice stay.

Great Stay

Pictures represent condo accurately, beautiful neighborhood, pool was wonderful. Lots of activities nearby - try out Ft. De Soto State Park! Had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Spectaculer view property!

Fabulus location, close to Saint Pete's beach, saw dolphins swimming by every single day we stayed there, best dolphin viewing morning or evening. All kinds of sea birds to watch, all kinds of boats to watch going in and out, our 2nd time staying here, will be back.

Magnificent

Great view of channel leading out to open ocean, Prime Real Estate, we saw dolphins from our Waterfront balcony, all sorts of birds, all kinds of boat traffic, very peaceful, quite, away from tourist hustle and bustle, but short drive to get to all the tourist activities, love the whole Tampa Bay Area!

Fantastic

We live in Tampa and rented the condo to have a change in scenery and be much closer to our grand kids for daily visits. The view from the condo of the PassaGrill channel was spectacular and the service from Sandy Beach Vacation rentals was excellent :friendly, prompt and competent . We will be back and frequently.

Florida fun

It was a great location to stay and not have to travel far to all the attractions in the area. The balcony over looks water, but not a desirable swimming location due to no beach area or accessible area to get in the water within the property. I did see dolphins, manatees, and sharks in the water from my balcony. Lots of birds and boats can be watched from the balcony. Nice pool and fitness center. I enjoyed walking the grounds, everyone I met was so friendly.

Five-Star Florida Getaway!

Superb stay! The pictures and description don't do justice to this condo, situated right on the bay for beautiful, calming views and a refreshing breeze all day long. The condo is spacious and stocked with everything you could need, from kitchenware to beach essentials, including umbrellas and a chair. The balcony is a fabulous area to enjoy morning coffee and the sun on the water, or an evening with a glass of wine. The grounds of Bahia Vista are gorgeous and well maintained, lush tropical greenery everywhere and a nice pool area. We enjoyed morning walks around the lake, saying hello to the friendly neighbors. Hanging out in the comfy, cozy living room after a day at the beach was relaxing, especially with the breeze blowing in. Above all, this unit is spotless! The level of cleanliness far exceeded my expectations and made us feel instantly at home. The island itself (Isla del Sol) is a mostly residential area with a few restaurants and specialty shops, but you do need to drive a few minutes (via toll road) for a supermarket, drugstore, and other places to eat. It was fabulous having a clean, quiet place to return to after the hectic beach scene. Communications with Sandy Beach were excellent; they responded to any questions quickly and resolved a missing parking pass super fast. We can't wait to come back!

Tolls

One negative is the fact that there is a toll each time you leave the complex and would have nice to have known so we could have purchased the SunPass option or brought our EZpass. Whether you are going to beach (also have to pay to park if you can find a place), store, restaurant, etc. Didn't matter if you went east or west there is a $1 toll (more if you rent car because of administrative fees from agency) if you left the complex.

Remodeling noise ; ask when you schedule your stay.

Everything was great the first night beautiful area but then on Monday they started jackhammering on the floor right above us jackhammers hammers noise you could not sleep or rest or even think but when I reported it the lady from the office came over and heard it for herself and called the owner they accommodated us and took care of us. Thanks to Angie; we were satisfied with the end result.

Awesome Staty

This property was just what we were looking for. My family had a great time. Neighborhood is relaxing, clean quiet and location was convenient to everything. Property was clean, balcony view was great for viewing fourth of July Fireworks, and owner was very kind and made sure we were very happy. We will definitely look to book here again.

Pleasant property & accommodations

This property was great! Although an adjacent unit had unscheduled maintenance the owner was willing & to find another property. We would love to stay hear again, very clean, excellent view and well maintained.

Condo mit traumhaften Ausblick

Das Condo ist sehr schön und hat einen traumhaften Blick, mit dem dazugehörigen Sonnenuntergang. Die Einrichtgung ist zweckmäßig könnte aber gerne modernisiert werden z.B. Herd und Geschirrspüler sowie die Badezimmer. Fragen und Beanstandungen wurden sofort behoben bzw. repariert. Wir können das Condo nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Tolles Appartement 👍

Wir waren schon sehr oft auf Isla del Sol in St. Pete Beach, da es die alte Verwaltung nicht mehr gibt, mussten wir uns etwas Neues suchen, und sind hier fündig geworden. Das Appartement ist nicht das neuste,war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht, direkter Blick vom Balkon auf das Wasser, sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung SandyBeachVacation hat über Email wunderbar funktioniert, nach vollständiger Bezahlung kommen alle wichtigen Informationen, die man benötigt. Einkaufs Möglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strand 🏖 alles in der Nähe, ca. 10min Fahrzeit in beide Richtungen. Wir können es weiter empfehlen, und werden auch wieder kommen und über diese Verwaltung buchen.

Nice Relaxing Stay

It has been over 11 years since we last visited Isla Del Sol and we will not wait 10 years to come back again. The island is quiet and relaxing and just what the doctor ordered for recharging our batteries. The condo was clean and comfortable though the appliances were a little old. The fridge compressor spent the entire time making a noise that required sleeping with the bed room doors closed. Overall the experience was wonderfull.
