6/10 Okay

The location, pool area, and communal facilities are excellent. However, the cushions on the cane chairs and daybed are very old, stained, and dirty. They would greatly benefit from a thorough clean, or even better, being reupholstered or replaced. Refreshing these would significantly enhance the overall appearance and guest experience.

Thank you for your lovely feedback about the location, pool area and communal facilities, we're pleased you enjoyed those aspects of the apartment! We were disappointed to have received a lower rating as we take pride in our team's problem solving nature and we were not made aware of this during your stay. We are very sorry about the cushions, we would have loved to rectify this for you at the time. This wasn’t mentioned to our team during your stay, so we unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to assist at the time. We really do appreciate you bringing it to our attention now, and have passed your feedback on regarding cleaning and replacing them for consideration. We hope to welcome you back to Port Douglas soon!

The location was excellent for our stay. Close to the grocery store, shopping and coffee and beach. One little improvement would be that the property does need to get a bigger Water Heater. Most showers were luke warm at best.
