This team would have been happy to respond immediately to rectify any problems at the property. Your check in email requests that you notify management during the first two hours of your visit to allow ample time to correct any concerns. Contact information is posted in the property, and also included in your check-in information. We are dismayed that you did not reach out to us during your visit. We would have been happy to respond quickly to make your visit more enjoyable.
