Located in the desirable Village Area, this recently updated home offers more than 1,800 sq ft of comfortable living space, two inviting living rooms, two fireplaces, a private hot tub and a game room with pool and foosball tables. Big Bear Lake is just across the street, while the Alpine Slide and Village are within walking distance.

Perfect for families and groups, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home accommodates up to 10 guests and offers plenty of space to relax, entertain and enjoy everything Big Bear has to offer.

Inside the cabin
Gather in either of the two comfortable living rooms, each with ample seating and a TV, or cozy up around one of the two beautiful fireplaces. The spacious layout provides plenty of room for everyone to relax together, while the dining table and bar seating make meals and conversations easy.

The fully equipped kitchen features a stove and oven, center island, double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, cookware, dishes and utensils.

Located in Big Bear's Village Area, the home is about a 10-minute walk to Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain, with Big Bear Lake just across the street. The Village, restaurants and other local attractions are also within easy walking distance, while Bear Mountain and Snow Summit are just a short drive away.

Other things to note:
- Parking allowed for 3 vehicles, garage access. Steep driveway - not suitable for low profile vehicles and will require chains and 4x4 in the winter.
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Maximum of 10 guests total, with no more than 8 adults.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.

Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.

Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Very Nice Weekend Away

We needed a family trip and this did the trick. It was perfect for 3 couples and there was plenty of space. It was walking distance to most of the places we wanted to go.

Bare Necessities

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin this weekend. The cabin was very clean and welcoming. My two boys enjoyed the pool table and arcade game. The only negative that we saw was that the foosball wasn't out. Other than that it was a solid 10/10. We are planning to go back next summer so we look forward to using your business again.

House is nice but needs maintenance and pest control

House is nice but top railing was not stable. The stairs were damaged that go from garage to 2nd story. The kitchen is on the third floor up and has ants. Over all our stay was great besides these things.

Great location

So close to town and the house had great games for the family (pool table, ping pong, old school standup video games, foosball). The beds were great and the kitchen was filled with everything we needed. The house needs a little attention (wobbly deck posts, warped deck, trees need pruning, gutters filled with pine needles, etc..) but it's a rental, so we didn't care.

Great first house renting experience

This house was very nice.. had a full equipped kitchen.. lots of games to entertain kids.. close to the village.. marina and lake.. would stay here again.

Not like pictures. Poorly managed.

Came up for a friends birthday. All outside areas were very dirty and unkept. Grill was dirty and propane tank was empty. When we called they made us drive to the leasing office and pick up a replacement tank ourselves. Jacuzzi was dirty, the patio areas were covered in dust, leaves and spiderwebs. Inside the house was ok but nothing like the pictures. Empty booze boxes from previous visitors were on top of the shelves. The night we arrived asked them to come clean the outside and the girl at the front asked us to call in the morning because she had no way of communicating with the day staff???? Can’t you just leave a note or something? Why do guests have to jump through hoops to get things done right. We ended up cleaning everything ourselves. Good location but poorly managed property.
