A Perfect Palm Springs Place!

I stayed at Alexander on Belford with my elderly mom, a friend of hers from college, and her friend’s daughter. We loved the house and our time in Palm Springs!

Every corner of the house was beautiful and very nicely decorated. The house is located in a very safe suburban area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was big and clean and perfect, but would be mindful if you have small children or children who cannot swim, because the shallow end is still about 4/5 feet and not suitable for small non swimmers. In our case, the kids were amazing swimmers, my mom was the non swimmer of the group. lol so it was okay but she had to stay on a floatie the entire time and stick to the wall. Communication with staff started off amazingly but later there was a bit of a communication breakdown, which was unpleasant, but the awesome house and amazing weather made up for it. House was clean enough to enjoy our stay but it was definitely not deep cleaned. There were lots of accommodations for everyone, from games to pool toys to TVs in every room with all available platforms to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. I can say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family!!

Spring Break vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really nice time in this house. We did find that Palm Springs’ new regulations regarding noise levels outside were prohibitive and did effect our ability to fully relax. The house was clean and in a niceness neighborhood. Sadly, there was so much construction and yard work at neighboring properties that created a lot of external racket. One tiny detail: the house needs to be equipped with much more hand soap and body wash. We were a large group who uses a lot of sunscreen. One tube of body gel was hardly enough to get us through the week. Overall, we had a great stay and we’d recommend the house to others.

Very nice stay. Had a great time!!

Very cute mid century modern home. Would’ve been great to have an outside fire pit. Kids loved the putting green and the heated pool!! However, there were no extra blankets or pillows in the home. Had to call to get more. Housekeeping was able to drop them off that afternoon.
