Screened Private Pool + Golf Cart, Sleeps 12

Ada Marie, this is what we love to hear 🙌 So glad Casa del Sol delivered the full package for you—the home, the community, and the overall stay. That’s exactly the vibe we’re going for every single time. We’d absolutely love to have you back for round two (or three 😉). Next time, we’ll make it even better. — Gulf Tide Vacations 🌊

Wayne, Sounds like you guys did it right — beach close, zero hassle, and everything ready to roll when you walked in. That’s exactly the experience we aim for. Appreciate you calling out the communication too — we take a lot of pride in being quick and easy to reach. Would love to have you back for another stay anytime! — Gulf Tide Vacations

We love hearing this—thank you! So glad everything hit the mark and that you got to enjoy the house and pool the way it’s meant to be. That’s exactly the experience we want every guest to have. We’d absolutely love to have you back anytime…we’ll have it ready for round two whenever you are. 🌴

Thank you for your feedback. We do want to note that our check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out time of 9:00 AM are clearly disclosed in the listing and are presented multiple times throughout the booking process, so these times should not have come as a surprise. As for the proximity of neighboring homes, this is very common throughout Destin and 30A, where vacation homes are located in established beach communities. We strive to accurately represent each property through our photos and listing descriptions so guests know what to expect before arrival. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope you enjoyed your time at the beach.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the home, the golf cart, beach access, and the pool, and that our team was able to answer your questions quickly. We're especially happy we could get you checked in a little early—after a long travel day with tired toddlers, we know what a difference that can make! We do appreciate the feedback regarding the forks. We were a bit surprised by that comment, as the home is stocked with over 36 forks located between the two silverware drawers in the kitchen. It's possible some may have been overlooked during your stay, but we'll certainly double-check everything during our next inspection to make sure the inventory is complete and easy to find. Thank you again for choosing Gulf Tide Vacations. We'd love to welcome you and your family back for another beach getaway soon!

Thank you so much for the awesome review! We love hearing when guests truly get to relax and enjoy their vacation from start to finish. 😊 We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, the comfy beds, the golf cart, and the pool. Our team works hard to make sure everything is clean, smooth, and stress-free, so hearing that check-in and check-out were easy means a lot to us. We were especially happy we could get you into the home a day early and help you skip the hotel stay. Vacation should start the second you hit town, not after one night in a random hotel :) Thank you again for staying with Gulf Tide Vacations, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to Destin for another beach trip soon!

Thanks so much, Andrew! We’re thrilled to hear you had an amazing stay and that the house was just what you were hoping for. Come back and see us anytime—paradise is always waiting! 🌴☀️ — Gulf Tide Vacations

Hi Matti, Thanks so much for the awesome review—we’re glad you loved the home and had a smooth, comfy stay! And yes... the HOA grass police are serious about their landscaping 😂 We hate that you had to learn that one the hard way, but we appreciate you taking it in stride. Next time, we’ll help you dodge the turf trouble so you can focus on vacationing like a pro! We’d absolutely love to host you again soon! Cheers, Bart Gulf Tide Vacations 🌴

Hi Sharon, We are so glad you shared your vacation with us and enjoyed the house and pool! We hope to see ya'll again soon! Gulf Tide Vacations

Thank you so much for your review — we’re happy to hear that most of your stay was very good! We did want to mention that during your visit, we didn’t receive any reports about the pool heat not working correctly. The pool was actively heated and maintained at 88°, which is our standard setting to keep things nice and comfortable. If we’d known there was an issue, we would’ve been happy to send someone out right away to take a look. We always want our guests to have the best experience possible, and we appreciate the feedback. We’d love the chance to welcome you back for an even better stay next time! All the best, The Gulf Tide Vacations Team 🌊✨

Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing Casa del Sol for your beach getaway! We’re thrilled to hear the home was a perfect fit and that you enjoyed the spacious indoor-outdoor flow and all the fantastic neighborhood amenities—it really is such a hidden gem tucked near everything in Miramar Beach! We do appreciate your feedback as well. While the community is family-friendly (which sometimes means a little more energy from the kiddos next door), we understand that peace and quiet are key for relaxation—we’ll continue to monitor how we can improve that experience. As for the “hot tub,” you’re absolutely right—while it looks like one, it’s actually a decorative spillover from the main pool and not a heated spa. We’ve updated our listing to reflect that more clearly moving forward. Thanks again for staying with us—come back soon, we’d love to host you again (maybe with a little more tranquility next time)!

Hey Dana! Now that’s the kind of review we love to read! 😎 We’ve always said Casa del Sol is a whole vibe, and we’re so glad you got to experience it in all its glory. The pics don’t even come close to doing that pool justice—we totally agree! As for the towels and trash, ugh—housekeeping got a stern look from us for that one 👀. You’re right though, sounds like the leftovers from some not-so-thorough previous guests. We’ll make sure it’s spotless next time, pinky promise. Already counting down the days ‘til you book again. Casa del Sol will be waiting (pool floaties and all). 💦🏝️ —Your Gulf Tide Crew

Hi Sherry, Thanks for sharing your trip with us! We are glad to hear you enjoyed it and made memories with your grandchildren. We hope to see you again soon! Gulf Tide Vacations

Hi Jon, Thanks for sharing your experience with us. We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again soon! Thanks, Gulf Tide Vacations

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet the expectations you had based on our reviews. Regarding the linens, all of our bedding is professionally laundered in a commercial facility using high-temperature sanitizing processes. Occasionally, a stain may remain after laundering despite the item being completely clean. That said, we understand that appearance matters, and had we known the condition was unacceptable to you, we would have gladly replaced the bedding during your stay. We’re also sorry about the condition of the pool upon arrival. While the pool is serviced on a regular schedule, weather, heavy use, and the Florida environment can sometimes affect water clarity between visits. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we regret that it impacted the beginning of your vacation. We’ll also follow up on the outdoor Roku TV and the damaged lounge chair to ensure those issues are addressed. We appreciate your comments about the televisions and home audio system as well. Guest feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can improve the experience, and we’ll review both the streaming setup and the instructions we provide. Our starter supply of household items is intended to help guests get settled when they arrive, rather than provide enough consumables for an entire stay. This is a common practice for vacation rentals, but we appreciate your perspective and will continue evaluating
