Amazing location - walking distance to everything we wanted to see and restaurants we wanted to try downtown. Really clean apartment and building, with an indoor parking spot! Very responsive staff during our stay and even after we left.

Beautiful condo. Very clean. Super convenient location. Yes there is a balcony but it overlooks a parking lot. Didn’t matter as we were enjoying the town. Would definitely stay here again.

The location and cleanliness were great. The kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t use it much because we ate it all the great restaurants around. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The only downside is how thin the walls are.

Great condo in downtown Asheville within walking distance of all the hot spots. Very clean and modern with lots of room. The building is very secure with entry codes for the garage and elevator as well as for the unit itself. Brandon and his team were very responsive when I needed to modify my reservation. The booking was changed immediately and the charges updated without incident. The building is across from the ART depot so there is some bus noise. The unit is on the other side of the building but we did hear buses pretty early each morning. We are early risers anyway so this was not an issue for us. Besides that it is a very quiet and peaceful location with very little street traffic. We had a great stay. We love Asheville and are so glad to have found this option for our trips there.

Great location

We loved everything about our stay. We walked to everything except for a short drive to the Grove Park Inn for a day visit and meal. We especially appreciate the private and secure parking garage included with our stay. We visit Asheville often and hope to stay again in the future.
