From booking to end of our stay Troy was a perfect host. Villa is fabulous. Perfect location. All linens were top class and the bed is so comfortable. Pool brilliant to relax after a busy day sight seeing. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. We found some brilliant places to eat and having Fisherman's Village on the door step, huge bonus.

Stayed for 10 days and the house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was provided. Close to most things in walking and bike riding distance. Pool was warm and clean and the waterfront view was fantastic for morning coffee. Ubers quickly available all day. Troy was a great host and responded quickly and would 100% stay again!

This property will not disappoint! It is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants and Fisherman’s Village. The house was perfect for our family and the “extras” (game room, pool floats, sand toys, and bikes) were greatly appreciated. Our grandson also liked fishing off of the dock! The entire process of booking the house was seamless! Troy communicated throughout the process and especially a few days before we checked in. In addition, he communicated with us the day before we checked out. I would highly recommend this amazing house if you’re looking to stay in Punta Gorda. It had everything we needed for our stay, plus it is only 10 minutes from the airport!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. The instructions left on site were very helpful and Troy was very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the pool and the lanai. I especially enjoyed sitting down by the canal watching the sunrise while reading. The location was perfect, we could walk or bike to Fisherman's Village and the boardwalk. We felt very safe in the area too. We would definitely like to return someday.

This was the first VRBO for us and we had a great experience. The owners made it very easy between the email of welcome, the detailed book at the house with suggestions of what to do/where to go and also very thorough labeling at the house.The home is very spacious, and the game room was nice for our family.
