Great, spacious condo! It had everything we needed including sheets and towels. Plenty of room for multiple families. Loft space was an extra bonus. We enjoyed the basement and played pool both nights. Super close to all the attractions. Highly recommend and hope to come back. Owner, Greg, was very easy to communicate with.

The condo was a great space for our family of 6 with lots of room to spread out. The pool was a nice addition for the kids. We arrived very late and the unit was a little hard to find in the dark, so plan ahead if you're arriving late. Communication with the host was very easy and we had a wonderful time in Conway!

Gregory was an excellent host. The property is conveniently located near plenty of shopping and restaurants, and it also makes a great central base for day trips into the White Mountains.Two of the three bathrooms have been updated, though the kitchen could use some refreshing. The house is only partially air-conditioned which would only be an issue if you rent it in the hot summer months. It’s best suited for families with younger kids—there are a lot of bunk beds, and the upper floor is reached by a ladder. As a group of adults, the bedroom setup didn’t work well for us. There are two parking spaces outside the unit and a lot of additional parking near the pool, which isn't too far away from the unit.

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a great time staying at the North Conway Village. The place was just like the listing—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Check-in was easy, and the host was super friendly and quick to respond if we had any questions. The location was awesome—close to all the shops, restaurants, and trails, but still nice and quiet. We’d definitely stay here again and totally recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area!

Perfect North Conway Retreat!

Great central location and ideal size for two families with kids. Communication with Gregory was easy and would highly recommend! Kids loved the pool table, outdoor pool and bunk beds. We would definitely stay there again!

Clean and great location

We’ve stayed at another condo in this complex previously but the layout of this one worked better for our families. The unit was impeccably clean and having the pool is such a great option for young kids. We plan to book again next summer, thank you!

Great stay in North Conway!

We came to North Conway for our annual family getaway with my family and my sister’s family. The house was perfect for our families. There were plenty of beds and the common areas were great! We had an issue with WiFi, but Gregory was quick to respond to my messages and the issue was resolved. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great weekend in North Conway . This property is exactly as it is advertised, close to town and it has everything you could need . Beds were comfortable and the owner was very easy to work with. I will definitely rent this property again on my next visit to North Conway!

Great Family Stay

Our stay at the vrbo house was perfect. We had one overcast day which we stayed indoors for. We had plenty of entertainment in the house. The pool table was a big success. Thanks for a great week!
