Cozy cape near Kingdom Trails biking (Good N You trail access nearby) cross country skiing, fat tire biking and downhill skiing as well as snowmobiling- Vast trails and Kingdom trails a few hundred yards away. Recreation paradise. Outdoor firepit and gas grill available. Home lhas newer kitchen, 4 double beds, privacy yet minutes to East Burke village. Well water. No pets or smokers. WIFI and smart TV (come with your password to access any personal TV accounts(no cable) and hundred dvds that can be viewed. Level 2 EV charger. Locked storage shed for storing bikes and gear. White School and other trailheads nearby, a few miles from Burke mountain. Quiet and serene location. Outdoor shower in warmer months. House has all the kitchen supplies you will need. DR seats 6 comfortably. House sleeps 8+ . Note occasionally the owners have pets on the premises when they are occupying the home, thus although the house is thoroughly cleaned and no pets will be present when you occupy the house , if you have any sensitivity to dog dander this may not be the best place for you.. YOU ARE RENTING THE ENTIRE HOUSE .NO ONE ELSE WILL BE PRESENT WHEN YOU RENT :-) . Window fans and air conditioning ( 4 fans/ 1 air conditioners) . NOTE CHECKOUT IS AT noon. Later checkout can be arranged if needed and no guests checking in following.

We stayed at this cozy house for a weekend ski trip to nearby Burke Mountain. The house has everything you would need for a weekend away. It is very cozy but with enough space for the 5 of us.

Amazing location!

We loved our stay in East Burke! The kingdom trails are easily accessible and the house is just a short drive from town. The house was clean and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved the outdoor shower! If/when we are back in the area we plan to stay here again!

We have stayed at this house several times, always a good time. Clean and has all that you need. Owner is great, quick to reply and is flexible with check in / out times if no one else is there. We have stayed at this house several times and have always had a great stay. The owners are great to deal with and provide any information needed. We highly recommend this house. Great location, secluded even though you are close to everything. If you snowmobile the driveway has plenty of room for trailers and the trail is right around the corner.

Perfect Location!!

This was our 4th time renting this house and have already booked our 5th stay in a few weeks. Owner is wonderful to work with and quick to respond. We snowmobile and snowboard, perfect location for both sports. The driveway has plenty of room for snowmobile trailers. Plenty or room in the house and it has always been clean.

The house and location were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking. Overall, it suited us very well. The host was very responsive to questions and issues that arose. Only issue of concern was additional requirements from the host which came to light 4 days before check-in which should have been presented on the original Vrbo online listing. Burke 2023

This lovely property was just right for us. One parent with 2 teenagers who need their own bedrooms. We were all skiing at Burke Mountain which was a 5 minute drive away and the wood stove was a nice compliment to our evenings, The kitchen was clean and stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and utensils. There is a nice view of the ski mountain from the house.

A warm comfortable place to stay

Our family of 5 was very happy with the house. It was very comfortable with plenty of room. The beds were cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. We were there to ski and the trip to and from Burke was a breeze. The area is very peaceful with not traffic going by. Snow was cleared as soon as it fell making it easy for us to hit the slopes in a timely fashion. Deborah was exceptionally responsive as we reached out to her on a couple of occasions. We will definitely be looking to stay again. May next time in the summer!

Great house and Location

This was our second stay at this house, we love it!! great location and the house is as described. We were there for a snowmobiling / snowboarding and relaxing weekend. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers,VAST trail is right there, Burke Mountain is just minutes away. Close to plenty of restaurants, everything you may need is close by. The house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need, Plenty of room for our group. Deborah is quick to respond to any question you may have and provides lots of information about the area prior to check in. Again great house and the owner is wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommended

Very comfortable home in a great location

First of all Deborah was a great communicator. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. Her home was very comfortable. It wasn't sterile. It felt like you had gone to visit a friends home. Cozy and clean. It was also in a great location for biking the trails at Kingdom and running the beautiful VT country roads. It had a nice view of Burke mountain from the front of the house. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Winter getaway in Burke, VT

I visited Burke, VT with my family in Feb 2023 and we all had a great time! The location is super convenient if you’re a skier - Burke mt is just 8min drive away. The house was so charming. Very clean, kitchen was well equipped, the dvd selection was a nice touch. My kids loved playing in snow in the yard (there’s also a super nice sledding hill close by next to the Wildflower inn). There was a blizzard one night and the host was very responsible about plowing the snow - we had no issues getting out of the yard that morning despite the snow storm! Overall I would definitely recommend this house to other families with young kiddos. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

Comfortable house in Northeast Kingdom

We thought the house was very good- fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. However, there was an issue with mold smells and many of us reacted to the house. I had asked owner prior to staying about mold as many in our family are sensitive, and she said house didn’t have issues. I let her know after our stay about our reactions to the indoor allergens, and she said no one had ever reported that to her before.
