Villa Nizas is located in the sunny winemakers village of Nizas, on the edge of the village within walking distance of the cafe and restaurant.

It is a detached villa with private pool & Wi-fi.

This classic image of a southern French villa is set down a private track on the edge of the quiet, medieval village of Nizas. The large village shop sells most important needs including fresh food and vegetables and there is a local café/restaurant within walking distance.

It is a 10 minute drive to the beautiful and historic town of Pezenas and a 25 minute drive to the sandy Mediterranean beach. This single storey holiday villa has a large sunny terrace for dining or sunbathing.
Behind is an enclosed garden with badminton and table tennis set, barbecue and 8x4x1.4m safe secluded swimming pool.
Sports for all tastes are nearby, including canoeing, paragliding, rock climbing, golf, tennis and hiking. Also within 30 mins by car are caves, grottos, and rock formations. Outside the villa there is secure parking in the well gated drive or shaded parking is available adjacent to the villa.
