Located off the bypass and close to the Airport. Location near Hwy 270, convenient to Walmart, Trader Bill's, Kroger, and many restaurants. Within 5 miles of race track and 4.2 of downtown. Stairs: 1 story above parking level, but on top floor with incredible front row lake views of main channel. Year round water. Fishermen often seen by the boat slip😉 Top floor condo with no views of neighbors’ balconies (wide, long balcony with several chairs provides beautiful sunset views of the main channel). You will often see Canada geese flying by as the sun sets. Just saw a bluebird in the box directly in view.
Two small flights of stairs ( wide with handrails and slip strips) required to enter condo but on one level inside. There is a sunken den, so don’t fall in love with the view and miss that. :) Boat slip rental included with condo. Marina around bend and boat launch at Hill Wheatley Park, nearby. Kayak available, upon request as well as one bike, which probably needs air in tires, between guests.
One car carport with one additional unmarked parking space available in front of condo. Two decks, one very wide one is accessed from den and master, the other smaller but great side view of lake. Two flat screen tvs with streaming to include ESPN, Disney, Netflix, Hulu, Sling, screen casting, etc... Comfy, new queen pull-out sofa/sleeper with memory foam mattress in den. Updated kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and furnished with cookware, bodium coffee maker, bagel type toaster, microwave, kettle, flatware, etc...No carpet, only the tile, hardwood or new luxury vinyl. Total condo recently repainted inside and out. Sun screens in den and dining, which are pulled up/down as desired. There is a lovely rock fireplace which is wood burning.
Two large bedrooms. Master has queen bed with memory foam mattress, flat screen tv, French door which opens to lake front balcony, and private full bath with shower/tub combo. There is also a love seat with pullout which could be used for a small child. Guest bath also full with shower/tub combo. Guest bdrm. has double bed with comfy mattress and trundle with comfy twin..There is also another comfy twin mattress on a foldup steel frame which can be moved to any room. Childrens' play kitchen in closet.
Dining rm. has new wooden table/chairs to accommodate 6. There is also a bar/table/desk..(however you wish to use it) in the room with two additional swivel bar stools which also works great for desk with bar stool and lamp/charging device. Large deck with year round water view is accessed from den and master. Pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day. No view of ugly bridges or views of neighbor balconies..only ncredible views of main channel.

Bring your boat or rent one from the nearby marina any time and park in the dedicated boat slip, easily viewed from condo. We have year-round water!

There is also a public park called called "Hill Wheatley" which is a 7 minute drive away and includes a sand beach ideal for swimming and small children. This is also a great place to launch your boat.
