This vast historic home offers a huge base for families or large groups right in central Dublin. A perfect location off the main st of beautiful Ranelagh, allows you to reach central Dublin (Temple Bar/Liffey River/Guinness Brewery etc) with a scenic 30 minute walk or 20 minute bus/tram ride. Renovated to high standards & combining period charm & modern style. 6 large double rooms across 3 levels + sofa bed & house also features kitchen/dining room, living room & 2 modern bathrooms.

This beautiful late Georgian/Regency Town House has been renovated to update the beautiful period detail with modern facilities. The 3 levels of the house feature 6 double bedrooms all of very similarly large size, furnished with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Period features including beautiful Georgian windows and indoor fireplaces have been incorporated into the modern renovation and give the home great charm and unique style.

Bedrooms are all of a very similar good size around 12.5 m2 on average, with nice views and period features. All 6 rooms can be configured to connect with their adjoining rooms, for families, if required.

The living room can be subdivided into 2 smaller spaces, one containing the Flatscreen TV and comfortable seating, and the other featuring a fold out sofa bed with a 120cm x 200cm mattress offering a snug bed for 2 or a very comfortable bed for 1. Since this room can be partitioned off its a comfortable option for large groups wanting comfortable, private sleeping spaces.

Note: We have a 'Ring' doorbell with camera covering the front of the building from the door looking outside. This has been installed for your security and safety. Likewise 2 security cameras in the garden at the rear of the property.

Please note this house is not suitable for parties. We ask that guests are respectful of neighbours in our quiet residential neighbourhood and keep keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am. Note that we do monitor any attempts to break our house rules.

Beautiful home with all the amenities. The area had great cafes restaurants and pubs. Very walkable and felt safe. It was a 10 min uber drive to the main sites in Dublin.

Parking was just a short walk from the house and the great pubs etc, on the way, made it great! The neighborhood is fantastic! We walked everywhere, including Ha’ Penny or took cabs. This place helped make our golf vacation unforgettable.

St Patricks week stay

We brought our adult children and spouses for a week to Dublin. The location of the property could not have been better. Restaurants, pubs, groceries and coffee shops all walking distance and mostly on the same street. The property was perfect for our group and everyone had space to sleep. Beauty and convenience

We absolutely loved this townhome for our family vacation! It very comfortably accommodated all 10 of us. The location was perfect! It’s right in the center of Dublin living with plenty of restaurants, pubs, cafes, and shops. There’s even a cute ice cream parlor nearby. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a large home to stay in while visiting Dublin!

We had quick response from the owner helping us with some heat adjustments . The house was very nice with space to be together in the dining room and living room with my family and plenty of space so everybody had their own bedroom for 10 of us . We had great time. Live like a local in a perfect house for a big family stay in Dublin 6

Dublin 6 is absolutely perfect! Beautiful shops and restaurants, salons and close to the train-in a neighborhood and not in a tourist trap. Easy to get to city center but lovely to come back to the neighborhood. The house itself is expansive yet honey. Good comfy beds and linens, lots of hot water and it was quiet at night. Check in was simple and communication a breeze. It was a perfect stay for a big family. We loved it!

Convenient, Roomy, Comfortable in Ranelagh.

All nine of us, grandchildren, parents and grandparents, really liked the house. Loads of room, well equipped, plenty of communication with property manager, location in a vibrant neighborhood with access to the tram and close enough to walk into the center of the city if you prefer. Vibrant neighborhood sometimes translates into noise at night, but not excessive.

Dublin townhouse

It is in an excellent location. It isn’t huge, but our party of 13 managed to fit by using the fold out couch. Beds were not so comfortable, but the kitchen is awesome and the teens played poker on it in the evenings. Stores are close by as well as a bank. It only has two bathrooms for three floors so that was a little difficult for me as I am slightly handicapped.

Wonderful Cozy Warm Dublin

First of all Niall is very responsive and thorough. The house is at very convenient area. A lot of restaurants are in the walking distance. A large supermarket and a convenient story are also in walking distance. House was clean with 6 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Full kitchen with full glassware, kitchenware. Welcome gifts were thoughtful as a warm welcome greeting. Last but not least, there are two parking spaces which are very rare in Dublin.

Good, Bad and UglyGood: Rare vacation rental with numerous bedrooms. Adjacent to vibrant street with lots of pubs and restaurants.Bad: Host is inflexible and mostly focused on his own convenience. Would not allow us to drop off our bags prior to 4 pm check-in when our arrival in Dublin was noon. House has great bones, but has been disrespected by owner. Repairs and furnishings are done as cheaply as possible.Ugly: Flooring, rugs and carpeting are marred and stained. House has been cleaned, but feels dirty.
