We needed the stay for a short period and it was perfect! The house was very clean and the yard was beautiful. The directions were simple and parking accessibility was on point. It was stocked with all the essentials for the time we needed it.

Perfect for Tuacahn

This was our 2nd time staying here and it’s just a perfect location in a really nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. The room is well appointed and very comfortable. Thank you again and we look forward to visiting again!

Perfect spot!

Perfect place to stay if you're going to Tuachan and/or hiking at Snow Canyon area. Quiet area and cozy room. Hosts were excellent and we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay

We had a whirlwind stay coming in late at night and the hosts were so accommodating. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again. Such a very short car ride to Tuachan where we saw an incredible Willie Wonka show.

Comfortable stay in Ivins

First of all, this was super close to the medical school so it was perfect. They were very responsive to my inquiries. The room was very comfortable and a good relaxing return from the drive from Las Vegas and from the days work. If I return, I would look for this room again. Mahalo!

Great Getaway!!

This was just the right place for a getaway to the area with so many places to visit and things to do. The room is attached to the main house but we couldn't even tell that they were there. We had our own private space. The owners had great advice for local places and make sure you order theatre tickets beforehand as they were sold out when we arrived. We would definitely come back and stay!!

Over priced & strange location

This is an unusual property. I was struggling to come up with an appropriate evaluation. I could tell that the owners tried really hard. It's a strange location. I'm all for remote if it is quaint. This was a residential location. The host was nice. The price was way over what would be appropriate for the setup. I could of stayed at a motel/motor in for a much better price and had the convenience of a community with restaurants and markets. The sheets were stained and I wasn't entirely sure if they had been cleaned. I'm not a clean freak however It is my personal opinion that sheets and towels should be white. That way you can disinfect them between guests. If they smelled like they had just come out of the dryer that would be a huge bonus:-) I hate giving bad reviews but I think feedback for the owners is important so success can be realized in the future.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay...the room was very clean and was well stocked with coffee, towels and linens. This is our 2nd stay at this place as it is well located for our participation in the Huntsman Games and is also pet friendly.

Cozy and coinvent

This was the perfect spot for us, we came for a sporting event and it was just my wife and I. It was in a very safe neighborhood and was very clean and quiet after a long day away. We would stay here again and again it was just perfect. The communication with Bob and Lorrie was great and we really did not need anything more than what was provided by them already.

This was a fantastic get away. We came into town to see a show. It was close to the venue, had nearby restaurants and without the traffic of St. George. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the theater.

We’re Bob and Lorrie Morris. Originally from Southern California, we’ve called Southern Utah home since 1994. We raised six wonderful children here and are now enjoying life with our thirteen amazing grandchildren.

At home, we stay busy with our chickens, dairy goats, and our delightful cockapoo, Mollie. Retirement has given us more time to travel, which we love, and we’re always looking for our next adventure.

We like sharing our accommodations with others so that they might enjoy Southern Utah as much as we do.
