The house is located at 450 meters above sea level and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding villages, the coast and the sea. The only sandy beach on the island is in Calheta and can be reached in 10 minutes by car, as well as a large supermarket, numerous restaurants and nice cafes, which are located directly at the marina.
Your apartment on the 1st You can reach the floor via a separate entrance. The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped and has a TV (with all German programs) and a washing machine.

Perfect Island getaway

We really enjoyed our time here on Madeira. The property is farther away from some of the hiking spots, but it is absolutely worth it for the place. Toni, the property manager, is super nice and helpful if you need anything. We look forward to hopefully coming back to madeira and staying here again.

The appartement was accurately described with a view to die for.A new bathroom with walk-in shower, spacious living/dining room and small but well-equipped kitchen made for a great stay. But the best is definitely the view from the private balcony

We had a wonderful 11 days stay in Madeira. The apartment was fabulous, with everything we needed for our stay. The location is stunning with amazing views. The local apartment manager dropped in to introduce himself just after we arrived, and he was very helpful when the hot water ran out due to the cloudy days.All in all, a perfect location. out iintrowhen we arrived

Fabulous Views

Very well equipped, peaceful apartment with sole use of covered pool so we swam every day. Also sheltered area for sunbathing. Great views and we enjoyed watching paragliders, often below us. Disadvantage was the winding climb to the site, but that is why the views were so good! Impossible without a car, would have helped to know how high the climb was. Otherwise well located for all sea side villages and other sights.

Fun and exercise at lovely place

Super accommodation high on the hills with a fantastic view of the coastline at Madalena do Mar. Were very well looked after and accommodated. Full 10 out of 10. Recommendation: When traveling early in the year (as we did in February), be prepared that the house is pretty cold and needs time to warm up with a little help from 2 electric radiators. But so what, you want to be outside most of the time, anyway.

Great base camp from which to explore Madeira

Really superb property with stunning sea cliff views. Apartment was very private, quiet and spotlessly clean. Really well appointed with everything we needed including a complimentary bottle of Maderian Wine which was soon consumed. Swimming pool was really nice to cool down in. Although it was a bit of a drive to get up to the property it was very pleasant and made for the great views. Steep section of straight road on the approach to the property but only 150 metres so not difficult. Lovely gardens which were really well maintained. Good supermarket in Calheta 10 mins away with free parking. A great escape from the hustle and bustle of Funchal and great location to tour the whole island from. Thoroughly recommended and great value for money. Thank you.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem phänomenalen Meerblick vom Balkon. Die Küche mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Microwelle, etc. hat alles was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung gabs einen Obstkorb und einen leckeres Fläschchen Madeira. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Matratzen waren für uns optimal. Man parkt direkt am Haus, das in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse liegt. Ein Auto muss man haben, sonst wird es durch die sehr steilen Straßen schwierig mit der Fortbewegung. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin ist sehr gut. Alles in allem: perfekt

Cet appartement était tel que décrit : propre, spacieux pour 2 personnes, offrant une vue incroyable, au grand calme, équipements nécessaires suffisants et complet. Un "rafraîchi" de la piscine serait à prévoir. Ik ben hier verbleven samen met mijn partner. We hebben een geweldige tijd beleefd in het appartement. Het vakantiehuis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en daarbij heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de oceaan. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je echt een auto nodig hebt. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens komen!

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und entsprach unseren durch die Bilder erweckten Erwartungen komplett - vor allem der Ausblick, der atemberaubend ist. Wir haben die Unterkunft auch problemlos gefunden und der Weg dorthin hat nur eine steilere Straße, die man hoch muss. Man gewöhnt sich daran aber sehr schnell! Die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet, dass man im Grunde alles kochen kann. Auch das Bett war bequem und die Matratzen sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, so dass man sich sehr gut erholen kann. Den Pool haben wir nur einmal genutzt. Er ist schon etwas älter, aber gut gepflegt.Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und hatten auch das Vergnügen die Gastgeberin Lena und ihre Familie kennenzulernen, die wirklich sehr nett sind und jederzeit erreichbar, falls man etwas benötigt! Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen:)

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans ce bel appartement spacieux pour 2 personnes.Très bon accueil, corbeille de fruits et vin de Madère offert, très belle vue et très calme. Juste un petit bémol sur la machine à laver qui devrait être changée surtout pour un séjour de 15jours ou plus... Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !!!

Alles war bestens. Hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und alles zu unserem perfekten Urlaub beigetragen. Es ist alles wie beschrieben, sogar ein neues Bad, was bisher noch nicht in den Bildern vorhanden ist. Ja, das Bett ist hart. Auto definitiv notwendig, die Anfahrt sehr steil.Wer Luxus sucht und mit nichts zufrieden ist, sollte fern bleiben.Für alle die genügsam sind und den Urlaub zur Erholung nutzen wollen, ist diese Wohnung ideal.

Es waren wunderbare 10 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung mit eigenem Schwimmbad. Alles genau wie beschrieben, wir hatten den gesamten Garten für uns alleine, das Schwimmbad ist herrlich. Ich war jeden Morgen vorm Frühstück schon das erste mal schwimmen. Der Ausblick von Balkon und Garten ist super gut. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
