This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,110 square foot Gulf front condo is located directly on Indian Rocks Beach with incredible views of the beach and Gulf all day long. Your family will enjoy the spacious and open floor plan, including beachfront views from the kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room. The fully renovated kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, under cabinet lighting, plenty of prep space and amenities for your home cooked meal. Or, enjoy the BBQ grill downstairs on the sun deck to prepare your fresh catch of the day.

In the primary suite, you will enjoy a comfortable king sized bed, large smart TV, closet and private bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a large smart TV too- please note, this bedroom can be converted into a comfortable king sized bed if you are traveling with two couples and need a king sized bed instead of twins, please just let us know upon booking! There is a large smart TV in the living room to watch your favorite shows and movies while enjoying a night at home listening to the sound of the waves crash on the shore. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep 6 people in total at this condo. Stay connected with Wifi throughout the condo, of course! Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit too. We provide towels and bed linens, plus some beach towels for convenience. All you need is your bathing suit and your flip flops to complete this vacation!

*This condo is located on the first floor above the garage - there is NO elevator. There is one flight of stairs up to the condo.

You are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. CVS Drugstore, some local shops, ice cream, coffee and more just a short walk away. Visit Clearwater Beach for more award winning beaches, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration or head south to Johns Pass Historic Fishing Village and Boardwalk to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. You can also jump on the trolly right out front and enjoy a tour of the beaches up and down the Gulf coast without having to take your own car.
