Located upriver in Buckskin Valley, 14 miles north of downtown Parker, AZ, and 18 miles from Lake Havasu City, right off Hwy. 95. You have the best location possible, launch your boat or toys at the private community gated ramp, and enjoy some fishing on the river, or you are only 1 mile from Take Off Point, where you can enjoy the lake. Emerald Canyon Golf Course is just a few miles away, plus the golf courses in Lake Havasu. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom mobile home features a large living room, a long covered carport for your vehicles, a quiet location, a washer/dryer, your own ice maker, a community-gated launch ramp, and a community-gated beach and picnic area. If you are into ATV off-roading, it's available everywhere. Desert Bar, Restaurants, and Blue Water Casino are close by. You will love the peacefulness of this location and the spaciousness of the living room. It sleeps 10, but if it's just a couple of snowbirds, you will love the roominess. We rent only during the winter and prefer snowbirds seeking a 3- to 4-month or longer rental term. Property is available for long-term rental from October to May only. Growing up in Southern California and having a place on the Parker Strip was wonderful as a child, so we decided to purchase a place of our own. We would love to share our excitement with another couple during the winter months. Winter is the most peaceful time of the year to enjoy all that Parker/Havasu has to offer. A beautiful vacation spot located upriver with lots of Snowbirds that come every year to avoid cold weather elsewhere. The Colorado River is minutes away from the front door with all kinds of fun adventures. Emerald Canyon Golf Course is conveniently located a few miles away. Lake Havasu is just a short commute from this peaceful location. Come meet your new neighbors in this spacious mobile home. We will leave the light on for you.
