About the host
Hosted by Estela Gaspar
Hello! The house was restored in 2000 and from that point on, I’ve been offering it as home for tourism stays. I also have another residence that tourists love to visit and spend their time in Monsanto.
I have a groundskeeper living in the facilities to best help and make you feel at home!
Why they chose this property
The perfect escape from the main life. Privacy and silence are guaranteed, with nothing but the sound of chirping birds flying above in the sky. The views to the garden and the countryside, with vineyards, mountains and walnut trees make the stay as perfect as can be.
What makes this property unique
The natural history of the house provides a history lesson that fits perfectly with the warmth of the house. The house is located in the edge of the village, but it is not isolated, having local attractions and sites nearby. With the City of Coimbra only 15 minutes away, it’s a drive away to several other tourist attractions as well.
