This is a nearly 3000 sq ft, private, modern twin home with one common wall, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Adjoins a nature preserve, rail trail and prospector square. Quiet street near bus line to all resorts and downtown. 4 min drive to downtown. There are two large family rooms, one on the main level (great room) and one on the lower level(family room). Three bedrooms and 2 baths are on the upper level. The 4th bedroom and 3rd bath are on the lower level, same as the family room and entrance from garage. A large new hot tub is conveniently located on the upper deck, just off the main living area. The kitchen/dining area opens to the great room, providing ample space for entertaining. Flat screen TVs with cable and internet access are available in all the bedrooms. There is a 60 inch LED TV in the family room and a flat screen TV in the great room. HD cable.
The lower level family room has a sofa bed, a working gas fireplace, and a poker/game table. Lots of room for kids and adults. The unit sleeps 12 easily. Near bus line to all resorts and downtown. It is in great shape, quiet, adjoining a mountain, steps from hiking/biking trails, yet very close to all 3 resorts (Deer Valley, PCMC and the Canyons). Awesome place for quality family time!
We had an amazing few days at Richard's place in Park City! The snow ended up not being great, so we spent a lot of time at the house playing games and cooking and hot tubbing. It was everything we needed and more, and plenty of space for the 10 of us. The location is great - easy drive to grocery store, XC ski center (which we did for a few days) and Park City/Deer Valley. A few people did take the public transit option once, and that was easy as well.

house is very large, very clean and well situated. Beds are good and bathrooms are nice. The kitchen is the most stocked of any house I have ever stayed in with dishes, cooking necessities and food / spices including oatmeal, syrup, pancake mix, flour, sugar, some cereal, etc.
Hot tub is also excellent and easy to use even with a lot of snow during our stay. We would liked to have propane to use the outside grill but managed without it.
Definitiely worthy of a 5 star rating.
Some tips for improving 1 oil doors very squeaky. 2 larger elongated toilets3 showed off deck with hot tub thanks

Thanks for the suggestions. We will get the doors lubricated. Toilets are original equipment but if they are replaced we will consider your suggestion for longer ones. There was a lot of snow your week so the deck did get covered. It was shoveled repeatedly before (and after ) you departed but big snowfalls are a blessing (and sometimes a curse).
The property offered ample space for two large families, within a quiet neighborhood only a short drive from the ski resort. Additionally, property owner, Richard, was incredibly helpful as we prepared our travel, offering recommendations and connecting us with resources in Park City for our stay. Wonderful experience!
Large, Comfortable Home with great location for skiing
Well provisioned house - better than any other property where we've stayed. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Lots of living space with upstairs and downstairs areas. We had one person studying at one basement table and another puzzling at the other. Nice to have designated areas. Three bathrooms was great! Lots of towels for bathing and hot tub. Appreciated being able to use the hot tub. Owner was responsive to questions in timely manner. Really nice to have 2 car garage to not have to scrape off cars and being able to unload inside.
Had a great time at this home. It was actually much bigger than we expected, and there was plenty of room for everyone in our party. Richard was very easy to reach when we had questions. Overall, a beautiful home and a great stay.
The townhome was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was up to date and the bedrooms were roomy. The downstairs family room was a great area for the grandkids to play in the morning while adults slept in. The townhome was a short drive to Park City and the slopes. We would stay there again.

Great House!
This townhouse is beautiful, very spacious and great location! We really enjoyed our stay here. Can see how this house would be fabulous any season! We had a large group- 10 adults and it was great to find a place where we could all hang out together in the living room and eat together in the dining room. Nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful views!

Comfortable house with plenty of space for 4 couples (one room only has twins/bunks). Kitchen & bathrooms are modern and fully equipped. Hot tub is great after a day of skiing. Great location with easy access to all PC ski resorts. Responsive host & easy check in. Would stay here again.

Great Christmas stay in PC
We had a very nice stay at your place and we found it very convenient to everything. This was our 6th family trip and my 7th to Park City so we know our way around. The listing description was very accurate and we would rate your home among the best that we have rented. My family really liked all the little things-condiments, hair dryers, humidifiers, shower soap/shampoos, the hot tub, nice towels, etc. It was very quiet and conducive to an active, early to bed family like mine who is not out late. We would definitely consider staying at your home for our next PC vacation and will recommend it to others. Thanks again for such a nice place.

3 Generation Pleasure
All 3 generations of our family- grandparents, parents and school age children- had room to play, read, work , relax in this comfortable space. This was a home away from home for us, well equipped for all our needs and more. The hot-tub was a special bonus for all, after a day of skiing . We loved the location which was the perfect distance from Deer Valley and Park City skiing, had a good view and was in a nice residential neighborhood. This was our first experience with VRBO and we found the owner to be responsive and very easy to deal with . Needless to say , we recommend this particular property to anyone who wants good value in Park City .

We really enjoyed our time in this luxury town-home. There was tons of space, TV's in every room, beds were comfortable and an excellent kitchen for cooking. The views were incredible and we had easy access to all the great activities Park City has to offer. The hot tub was an extra bonus! I would highly recommend staying here as we plan on coming back next year! :)

Amazing experience!
I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to go ski in Park City. Logistically, the house had great access to the free shuttle that took us directly to Park City Mountain Resort. The house itself was wonderful. It was clean and well maintained, the kitchen had all the appliances and dining ware that we needed (and more), and the hot tub made for the perfect ending to a long day on the slopes. I really liked the top floor with it's open floor plan-- making it that much easier for everyone to feel included and be able to participate in the conversation no matter if you were cooking or lounging about. On top of that, Richard was very professional and prompt with any questions that I posed. He was extremely easy to communicate with. I will definitely try to rent this same house if we come back to Park City. Thanks again!

Fantastic vacation house
Really great place to stay for a ski/snowboard vacation. Many bedrooms and bathrooms--was able to fit 9 people (which included 2 children-- 4 year old and 1 year old) very comfortably. I was surprised at how warm it kept despite being such a large house and the 20 degree weather. I liked how the kitchen and the living room were just one big open area--plenty of space to let the kids tumble around. Kitchen was fully stocked. Wifi was fast. Downstairs was essentially a large den/game room with a card table, and the space was even big enough for 2 of us to do yoga. Lots of TVs, everywhere.
The owner was really helpful and accessible too. We had an issue with the hot tub one morning, so we called the owner, and he had a repairman at the house within 2 hours. We were able to use the hot tub that afternoon! And it was awesome.

Weekend ski trip
We had a great time staying in this townhome and skiing in Park City. The place had plenty of space for the 8 of us and we enjoyed using the hot tub on the patio. There's also a bus stop very close so we were easily able to go to downtown Park City on the free public transportation. Overall great location, very comfortable, tons of nearby activities, and the perfect ski hub location! We'll definitely be coming back!

Private large park city townhouse
I live in Salt Lake City and came up for the weekend with a few friends. We had a great time at this townhouse. Multiple flatscreen televisions were excellent for watching college football (particularly the 60 inch television in the lower level). Grilling dinner on the porch was easy with the gas grill. Downtown Park City is easily accessible by Park City’s free bus system or by Uber if you are interested in sampling Main Street’s night life. What makes this property special and the reason I’ll return is its proximity to the outdoors. There is a trailhead about 150 yards up the road that connects to the Lost Prospector trail which offers opportunities for mountain biking and hiking. By virtue of being adjacent to the hills and hiking trails, this place made for a great vacation escape.

This is a very quiet street far from the downtown noise, but close to bus routes and the slopes. It is larger than most townhomes and in an area with many multimillion dollar single family homes. This is a "twin home" which has only one common wall with another unit so it is for all practical purposes essentially a single family home. This PC townhome has privacy and lots of room for one or two families staying together. This is truly like your own private resort with great privacy as the property backs to a nature preserve. But, close to everything including the hiking/mountain biking trails, rail trail, and bus routes to slopes. Short walk to free bus, red line #6 to downtown, all resorts/bus routes). Huge space, airy, with only one small shared wall with another unit. Mountain and slope views. Within 1 mile of downtown, adjoining hiking/biking trails and rail trail. All the convenience of PC living, but just far enough away from downtown that you have fabulous privacy. Surrounded by multi million dollar homes. The location of this house is perfect for quick access to the airport. Deer Valley or PC downtown traffic is not a problem, as one can quickly get to Highway 40 and then I-80. Great location.
