Was on back side of property. That was nice. Unit needs updated, skillets were stored behind trash can,gross. Not enough kitchen linens.Unit needs a good cleaning. Dust bunnies thick under beds and furniture. No TV in small bedroom, not enough balcony chairs. Parking was great,beach access great. Paul at the desk was Awesome

Great location, easy access to the beach and John's Pass

The resort had easy access to the beach and was an easy walk to John's Pass. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was great! It would have been helpful to have a place to wash off sand when returning from the beach.

This was the 2nd time I have stayed at the resort. The 1st time with my family and this time with a friend. It was a little outdated but was perfect for the both of us. The location was perfect. Will definitely be back.

This is a great location; we've stayed there before, but not this unit. Staff also friendly. This unit has some issues by owner, not the staff. The second bedroom is not a queen. But a full-sized bed. The room itself is super small, no dresser and next to the office/check-in...with thin walls. The owner also has almost no silverware in there. I think (3) spoons, and a couple of knives. The couch was not a pullout either. I have traveled often and there's just a bit of lack of full disclosure by the owner of this unit. I would quickly return to this resort, and staff, but not this specific room.

Noisy

Our room was next to the check in desk on the second floor Rm 209. The elevator and trash room is directly across the hall from our room also. A lot of activity in that check in lobby created a lot of noise.

Nice place

The location is great, short walk to johns pass, the beach! Short drive to treasure island and a dolphin tour on a speed boat! The room had extra pillows and one had blood on it so I didn’t touch it, our tv in the living room never worked even asked the desk and they said they didn’t know! We just needed somewhere to sleep and shower and it worked ok for that! The master could use a new mattress!

We liked the location near the elevator and desk.

We enjoyed ourselves but wished the pool had more umbrellas and the bath tub had bars installed for an easier in and out. The second bedroom was really small and the bed was uncomfortable.

Close access to beach

Loved the close access to the beach. Room is right next to checkin and office which wss very strange. Room over all was clean but at nightly cost id expect baseboards not to be dusty and beds to be comfortable.
