Newly renovated with updated kitchen and bathrooms, washer/dryer. Located just a short drive to Mt Sunapee, Sunapee harbor, the charming town of Newbury and extensive hiking trails this home is a great year-round vacation spot for the whole family.

Lake front access includes year round large dock /pier, additional kayak/raft launch dock, large grassy area for games and picnics, sensational sunsets and shooting stars all year!

Main Floor:
Eat-in Kitchen/family room, master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with bunk beds including trundle bed pullout and full bathroom. Large wrap around deck with gas BBQ, lounge chairs and large outdoor table w/chairs.
Walkout Basement:
Large common room with Trundle bed, coffee table and bunk beds, full bathroom, laundry area and additional entryway/gear storage area.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be sure to remove all trash. Check the dump hours (more info in Welcome book)
Please gather all linens and towels and place on floor todgether.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All trash must be removed after stay. There is a $100 fee if you do not remove trash
Nothing but natural waste and toilet paper can go down toilets as we are on a septic system
